Dustin H from Mainline Services came to my house on 3/12 and again on 3/15 for a follow-up sewer line scope. Dustin was on time, was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. His assessment of the line was honest, accurate and straight forward. It is a pleasure to work with businesses that are so trustworthy, honest and easy to work with. I recently hired mainline services to inspect a sewer line on the home I am purchasing. The inspector they sent out to me was Dustin H.
Dustin was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to adequately address all of my questions and concerns in a way that made sense, and was easy to follow. I learned more about my houses plumbing than I ever knew was possible.
Dustin was also very friendly, and professional. As a matter of fact, we wound up having such an interesting conversation, that I nearly lost track of time. He just has a wonderful presence and is very easy to get along with.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a thorough inspection done correctly, quickly, and by someone who can explain everything in detail without being overly technical.

I want to thank Mainline Services for going above and beyond the call of duty. I called for an inspection and Dewayne came out and found that my line even though it was 120 years old was in great condition. Dewayne asked me if I was going to be doing any landscaping in my yard. I said yes. He then located my line for me so I would not damage the line in my landscaping ventures. I was shocked that he did it for no addition charge. Thank you Mainline Services for all you did. I highly recommend Mainline Services to inspect your sewer line. They get a 10+

What a great, professional, and honest representative Jimmy is. He was punctual, considerate, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he found. He did so in an understandable and in such a way as to help us have the confidence in his findings. He gave us the reassurance we needed about what he and his equipment determined. She also recommended Joe M, of *** who was so professsinal, honest, explaining all that he would be doing cleaning out our drains. Matt came out and scoped our mainline before we purchased our new home. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He showed us exactly what we needed to know. I would highly recommend these guys they really know their stuff. If you want a sewer inspection done by a company who knows everything there is to know about sewers and will be on time call Mainline services. Their services can't be beat.

Had Mainline Service come out and perform a sewer line inspection on an older home we had under contract. The inspection turned up an issue with 21 feet of the sewer line under the house that another plumber said was OK after they installed cleanouts in the front yard in January of this year.
Asking for the inspection was worth the extra money, and the team from Mainline took time to explain options, and provide detailed notes for anyone called in to provide an estimate.
If this deal falls through, we will be sure to ask Mainline to inspect our new home.
