This is the best check I've ever written by far. We were quoted an obscene amount to completely replace a sewer system by a very reputable company. I wanted a second look and lo and behold, everything was fine! I cannot recommend these guys enough. If you're buying a house or considering a major repair, spend the money to have these guys inspect it first.

If you need an honest, reliable and professional plumbing inspection company to do a sewer scope in Denver, I suggest you contact Mainline Services. I buy and sell real estate and investment properties, and have used a dozen different companies over the past 10-12 years - so I know the good companies and those that aren't. Dewayne, the owner of Mainline is knowledgeable and trustworthy, and in my opinion, he is the best in the business.

Extremely knowledgeable and identified both issues with our plumbing before we moved in and preventative maintenance we could do ourselves. Highly recommend.

Dewayne with Mainline Services saved us over $10,000 for a church in Aurora. We were told the main sewer line needed to be replace and the cost would be over $10K. Dewayne came and scoped the line and said that it just needed to be bladed. He is the most honest and moral person you will ever meet. Dewayne from Mainline Services came out to my house on a Saturday evening. He thoroughly explained what how our line works. He noted problem areas and provided trusted recommendations for companies who could repair the two small problems that Dewayne identified.
Dewayne is incredibly ethical and cares about his clients. He made a very stressful sewer line situation so much more manageable. After getting conflicting information from sewer line repair companies who recommended major and costly repairs, Dewayne recommended much simpler repairs and explained why the major repair was not necessary. I honestly would not trust anyone else.

Dewayne scoped the sewer line of a property we are considering buying this morning. This guy is gold! He is animated, excited, and humorous about his work. He described his work as "urban archaeology" because, depending on when a house was built, you find various types of plumbing and in differing states of disrepair. In this house, he found a cast iron inner pipe with a clay outer layer with medium root incursion from the trees on the property. He expounded on the quality of work done way back when the house was built (before anyone reading this was born). He even helped us find where the sewer line went on the property so we could determine the feasibility of future builds. He did this using a radio locator device that looked and sounded like a futuristic alien ray gun, and this all happened in the blizzard. I thanked him for his work and he said it was his honor to do so. I highly recommend Dewayne!

Mainline services just saved my saving account $7800.00, in just one visit and an honest conversation, at an insanely low service call fee. Dustin was overly helpful and left me with more knowledge and a greater understanding of my pipes/plumbing by the time he finished. I would HIGHLY encourage, maybe even call you silly if you didn’t - anyone with plumbing challenges or opportutnies to call them first.

The service company that I originally called on to assist with a clogged sewer main, pulled out some roots; then initiated scare tactics in an attempt to hard close us on repairs that apparently were not needed with proper maintenance.

Dustin and Mainline were thankfully our second call, and confirmed my suspicions that the proposed, $7800 sewer line repair was not required.

I am a real estate agent in Denver, and I highly recommend and refer Mainline Services for all my buyers inspections from Colorado Springs to Broomfied. They are very thorough and accurate. Doubt and confusion and conflicting opinions are the enemy of negotiations. This team of sewer inspectors always articulates concerns and perceived defects in a way that positively facilitates communications between the buyer and seller to come to a mutually agreeable solution. Also, they do not do repairs so they are not attempting to create work and unnecessary jobs. And they are more affordable than some of the other big names in town. They are always friendly and professional. They always wear protective shoe coverings and leave the home in great condition. Also, I have never been charged for popping a toilet or scoping through a roof vent. My biggest annoyance with sewer scopes is the "too many roots, clean and rescope recommendation." I get that far less frequently with this company.

As a Realtor who does 60+ transactions a year, I just wanted to post a review about Matt who is a tech for Mainline. It is important for a seasoned professional to share positive reviews for the next Buyer or Seller. Matt took his time to scope a 120+ year old sewer line. Matt had to practically climb in a manhole to help figure out an oddity in the line which ended up being a random pipe that was in a manhole, unrelated to the property. And believe me, he went way beyond the call of duty. Matt wasn't an alarmist. Even though a repair was recommended, he didn't alarm anyone in the transaction. This company is amazing! They saved me thousands of dollars after another plumbing company tried to rip me off.
