We have and agreement with the customer on the cost to the customer to replace the laminate floor with Luxury vinyl plank flooring. Replacement is scheduled for 4/10/18.

The local office contacted the customer by telephone and reached an agreement to resolve the customer’s concerns amicably.

I don't agree with the warranty explanation I received and that I have to professionally have the carpet cleaned to maintain the warranty. I am rejecting this response because:the company is still making promises they do not follow through on. They have contacted me, but have not given any clear answers or solutions. I've only gotten the run around. At this point I just want a refund. Not a resolution.

I have to say that I went into things very optimistic. A family member had work done by Luna and recommend them.

We got a few quotes , and went with Luna for the price and quality of product. We signed up to put hardwood floors on the ground floor of our house along with the stairs and hallway upstairs. We got confirmation that the material would arrive on Friday the following week and them be installed the following Monday through Friday. We were told they would do one room at a time in order to make things easier for my family.

On Monday, the installers arrived and told me that the stair trends didn't come in the finish we chose for the rest of the flooring. They then proceeded to rip out all the rooms at once minus the hallway. Following this, they tried to charge me an additional $1000 to level the subfloor on a house that was built less than two years ago.

They worked all Monday and Tuesday. I was told that they would be back on Wednesday to finish up. Wednesday morning, no one showed. I called and was either left on hold or hung up on for an hour before finally getting connected with the installer. I was told they didn't order enough wood and needed to wait for another shipment coming in that Friday. They would then be back the following Monday to finish. This meant a week of living in a 3/4 done construction zone. Monday they arise, and I'm told there is an additional charge for hanging the closet doors back.

I would not recommend Luna to anyone looking to more than a small, one room, project.

This company is full of it!! They are Liers and have horrible customer service. They promise you the world and do not live up to their word. I have been waiting for flooring to be installed and 2 they have rescheduled and have came up with excuses! I am done and have canceled my entire order and have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my refund! Jerk! Go somewhere else people

Poor customer service. We have used Luna once in the past and they did a decent job with a carpet installation. However, when we contacted this time, they set up an appointment window and never showed up. Upon contacting them about the missed appointment and told them that nobody even called us, they claimed there was a scheduling appointment and we rescheduled for the next day. They failed to show up for the second appointment as well and never once called us with a reason. I understand that things go wrong but when it happens two times in a row, that is unacceptable.
