I have worked with Briant on 2 different occasions, and he given me outstanding service. I will continue to work with him in the future.

we did a refi with or mortgage with this company and before we could even start the application we had to have our home appraised out of our pocket the cost was 495.00 now they sent closing cost details and I made it aware that the cost of the appraisal was on there and she said it had to be because it was part of the cost problem was it was in at closing cost not already paid. Shes said it would get taken care of. but here we are at final closing that took place at my home with a notery I pointed it out to the notery she texted the woman by the name of sarah jorden of course she did'nt answer so I figured I would get reimburst that was in feb 2017 its now july and havnt heard a word called plentyof times but got no where. I believe they do this with everyone they can because she said that first time I questioned it she said someone else had asked her the same thing. please help
