With NATHAN S, it is really a HAPPY ENDING. My Refinancing application was rejected by other Mortgage Counselor. With NATHAN S he was able to analyze that with our excellent Credit scoring and with the sufficient or large equity in our home, our refinancing option will be a viable risk. NATHAN S, may have realized that with a large equity in our home, it is pretty obvious that we will not let it go to foreclosure. One important asset of NATHAN S is his honesty and his willingness to help. The processing of of our refinance application from start to finish is very timely, just about more or less 15 to 20 days at the most. As NATHAN S is honest and courteous, we are just hoping that Paramount Equity will also be honest in processing our monthly amortization as I have a sad experience with my previous lender.

Terrible service. They contacted me for a quote on refinance, the person I spoke with wanted my SSN to pull a soft inquiry on my credit history before he could give me the quote. I confirmed multiple time if it was a soft inquiry and he said yes. Turned out it was a hard inquiry and hurted my credit. They lied straight to me. I would not recommend doing business with them
