Just finished refinancing my home with Paramount and specifically Holly R. I had an absolutely fantastic experience and would recommend anyone to work with Holly. She helped me through every step of the process and made me feel more than a number. I felt I was a customer she was willing to fight for to make sure I had the best experience possible during every step of the process. She was always available, day/night and on weekends to answer any questions I had and always took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything in the refi. It was unbelievable how fast and efficient my loan financed. It was painless experience working with Ryan. With the other guys, my home refinance process started over a year ago; for one reason or another the loan was cancelled. I suddenly recalled that Paramount refinanced me five or six years ago and was just as efficient. I remember thinking back how smooth the process went and wondered if I still had a business card. The next day I received a letter from them and called. I was connected to Ryan and he took the time to explain the process and stayed on the phone as documents were sent. Once he had everything he needed he said now it’s my turn, your file is my priority. I will stay with it to get it processed and that is exactly what he did. Before I knew it, my loan was financed.
I have referred a good friend of mine, my sister from a different Mr. Because I have trust in Ryan to take care of her and her loan as well. Paramount Equity did for me twice what the other guys could not do for me once. I thank Ryan and Paramount staff for all their hard work and making my dreams come true, now that I have a little more money to live on.
