My wife and I were married for thirty years and got separated on Feb of 2016. We had two houses. My ex wife agreed to take care of her house and I agreed to take care of my house.
Paramount Equity (Christopher T M) wants to help me to pay my old bills and lower my mortgage. Sounds good to me, but I have to pay $550 for appraisal fee first before he can process the paperwork. He took my money in a day before I turned all my paper work in few days later. Three weeks later I could not get a loan due to "short sale" which I did not know that will affects my credit. She sold her house in July of 2016. Me and wife got final divorce in October of 2016.
Christopher said can not loan to me so I was disappointed because I spend my money from my safe and was expecting to replaced. Short sale hurts my credit. I have to wait more than three years to get a loan. I asked him about my appraisal fees and he said will pay me back asap. And now it's more than a month, I called him many times, he refused to call me back and explained why my money is not returned back to me? He is taking advantages of me because I am Deaf.

Paramount Mortgage company, namely Jeff R, loan officer has done an excellent job of facilitating the refinancing of my home so that I am able to pay off some credit accounts and lower my monthly mortgage payment and actually restore some savings. It was comforting to know that Jeff was a person of integrity and I could depend on him to be in close contact every step of the way and carefully monitor the loan process. He was kind, very knowledgeable and patient in answering questions, assuring me that it was a doable remedy to improve my financial and reduce personal stress. Melissa O was also wonderful to work with in qualifying for the loan, very patient, helpful and kind during our many telephone exchanges. We responded to a flyer we got in the mail about refinancing our home. We contacted Paramount Partners Group and worked with *** to being the process. We felt that the process was taking a long time and were turned off by the lack of response when we would attempt contact about the status of our refinance. Part of the agreement was that we pay $199 for a home inspection. We paid that money. On June 20th we requested a refund both over the phone and via email. The email never recieved a response but over the phone we were promised our refund of the money. It has been a month and we still do not have our refund. We want our $199 back. Refunds do not take this long. I should mention that we never actually had the inspection that we paid the $199 for.

Even my own Bank was a big disappointment. I saw or heard something about Paramount Equity and thought what do I have to loose. I contacted a gentleman by the name of Jose. We talked a little and he gave me a few idea's. After our talk I looked them up on the Revdex.com. I of course looked at negative reviews and a couple of positive reviews. I panicked alittle bit after reading what some people had gone thru. I decided I've jumped thru enough hoops with other places that I wasn't taking a chance. Jose and I talked again and I was very honest with him. Told him all the rejections we had received and after reading negative reviews I decided to not apply. Jose said these exact words to me: "give me a chance to prove those reviews wrong. I think out of the box. I promise I will do everything I can" I said OK.. Well, he did exactly what he said he would do. He thought out of the box and we got a refinance.. Thank God! I was drowning in debt. He made things work. We were out of town when papers needed to be signed. He said don't worry we have people anywhere you go and they did. The lady met us in CO at our campground and we signed papers. My experience with Jeffrey R could not have been better. The whole experience with him and paramount was so much smoother than I thought it was going to be. Every thing went just like they said it would. When any slight discrepancy came up Jeff personally took care of it immediately. I am very happy with the entire experience and process.
