I went on line to get quotes to refinance and within an hour I was contacted by Paramount Equity, I explain what I was looking for , lower rate and lower mortgage payments, The gentleman told me that it could be done it two weeks, and asked if I wanted money out and I said yes to pay existing bill , he said no problem ... The first thing he wanted was to get an appraiser in the house to get the value of what my house is worth, so I had to pay for that before he could start. Now I see I should not have done that before he had all the information he needed to process my application, I believe strongly that this company is about locking you in financially before making sure that you have what is required for your refinancing ... I would not recommend this COMPANY to ANYONE ... They do not communicate properly...VERY CONFLICTING

and I still do not have the check. Now no one is taking my calls. *** is the one who told me the check would be mailed by the end of the week following the date that I made my payment to the Tax Board. That was October 30, 2017. It is now into December, and I still do not have the refund, and now I was referred to Laura in the post closure of the mortgage. I have left messages on her phone 3 times and I still get no response. *** does not call or answer my e-mails, and I am getting rather upset over this.

I would greatly appreciate any help that you would be able to give me. They took the payment out of the balance of the loan and put it in the impound account, and would just like to let people know that say this company is wonderful to work with and I really need this back. It is over $500 dollars. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to give me

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY TO REFINANCE MY HOME FOR THE LAST MONTH. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH PAUL S THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HE IS A VERY EXPERIENCED AND WELL KNOWLEDGABLE IN HIS JOB. HE HAS KEPT ME INFORMED STEP BY STEP THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR PR***M HE WAS THE TO MAKE SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING.
