LoanMe, Inc(“LoanMe”) is in receipt of the above referenced complaint, and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the matter Please allow this to serve as our formal response A review of our records indicates that the consumer submitted an online application with LoanMe on July 24, The original credit application that the consumer completed when applying for his loan with LoanMe clearly contains the following Credit Agreement, which he accepted when applying for his loan Credit Agreement: You understand that by clicking on the I AGREE button immediately following this notice, you are providing 'written instructions', under the Fair Credit Reporting Act authorizing us, to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information from Experian LoanMe only runs credit reports on applicants who give their express permission to do so during the process of applying for a loan The applicant had submitted an online application but then stated he no longer needed the loan, and as a result, LoanMe denied the application No credit was extended by LoanMe based on the application that was submitted; however, the credit inquiry is valid and reported accurately because the consumer submitted the application and provided his authorization to access the report In closing, we would like to thank you for this opportunity to respond, and hope that we have helped to clarify the matter for our customer regarding the statements he made in his complaintIf our customer has additional questions or concerns, he may contact LoanMe directly at [redacted]

I knew the interest was high but needed the loanMy issue came afterward getting the loanI was able to refinance my loan with a different company with a lower interest rateThe refi company sent a check to pay off the loan days prior to my first due dateThnking my loan was paid in full imagine my dismay to find they had debited my bank account for the full payment, even though I did not owe them anywher near thatwhen I called they said the couldn't apply the check they had received because more interest had accrued and therefore it did not pay my account in fullOk that's fine but apply the payment and deduct only what's still due after the factIn the meantime the account keeps accruing more interest even though they are sitting on a check to pay off the loan

Bad credit OK?! I contacted them to get a small loan and after they ran my credit and then informed me I wasn't eligibleI don't understand because the commercial clearly states "bad credit is ok"Well, it's not true apparentlyI just wanted to let everyone who wants to apply they DO check your credit and it DOES matter,

LoanMe, Inc., (“LoanMe”) is in receipt of the consumer’s above-referenced complaint, and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the matter Please allow this to serve as our formal response.LoanMe’s records indicate that our customer obtained an unsecured consumer installment loan on April 24, which included the amount of $5,minus a $pre-paid finance charge/origination fee During the application for the loan, a LoanMe loan agent reviewed the terms of the loan with our customer, including the interest rate of the loan, the Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”), the monthly payment amount, the origination fee, the due date, late charge, and the number of payments required on the loan if paid as scheduled. Our records show that LoanMe received a call from our customer on March 30, to obtain her payoff amount and we advised her of the payoff amount at the time Our customer inquired why her balance reflected a different amount than what the current payoff was, and LoanMe advised that, this was because the current payoff reflected the interest that accrued from March 1, to March 30, The LoanMe representative mistakenly advised our customer that due to the regular payment she made, her total payoff would be less than the quoted payoff amount once the payment fully postedLoanMe advised the customer that she could make the payment; however, LoanMe would not be able to confirm whether that would pay the loan off completely because the pending payment was not fully posted Our agent’s statement to our customer was incorrect because the pending payment had already been accounted for in the reflected payoff balance quoted to our customerOur customer proceeded to schedule a payment for the payoff amount less the pending payment, which did not pay off the loan in fullDue to the misinformation provided by LoanMe’s representative, we have taken steps to remedy the error and want to sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused our customerWe are treating the issue as a training opportunity for the agent who handled the call, and the item has been forwarded to the management of the agent’s departmentAdditionally, to honor what our agent advised our customer, we have accepted the payments our customer made toward her loan as the full payoffThe status of our customer’s account has been changed to “paid in full”, and she will receiving documents that reflect that status shortly. We thank you for this opportunity to respond, and hope that we have helped to clarify the matter for our customer If our customer has additional questions or concerns, she may contact LoanMe directly at [redacted]

I have been receiving harassing calls from Loan Me on my job The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) limits where and when debt collectors can contact consumer debtorsIn many cases, debt collectors that contact debtors at work are violating the FDCPARead on to learn what types of work collection calls are prohibited by the FDCPAAnother section of the FDCPA expressly prohibits collectors for contacting debtors at work if the collector knows, or has reason to know, that the employer prohibits such communicationsMany employers have policies that prohibit employees from taking or making nonemergency calls for personal business, which would preclude an employee from taking a collection call Loan Me has been notified by myself on harassing calls at work This type of behavior may result in an employee from being terminated from employment if violations are not eliminated completely I wish that they get in contact with me either by email, US Postal Mail or person

The reason for my writing is that this company is being unreasonable, I am a fire fighter who sustained severe injury following a fall in early Due to the injuries I sustained, I was unable to work for nearly a year and a halfI suffered emotional stress and developed Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and couldn’t function mentallyMy condition was so bad that I could not manage my financesDue to my emotional state, I had to get a debt management company to do this on my behalfThe debt management company resolved and settled all the accounts that were late As a result, I notified this company about the situation attaching a Doctors letter as proof of injury to support my claims, requesting removal of the late payment history since it was never my intention to be lateBut to my surprise, this company has refused to cooperate and still keeps all the data that I had requested to be removed Again I request that the late payment history of this account be deleted as soon

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below It was never not once told to me with the representative when I was signing up for the loan about what my interest rate would be each dayEven with me paying extra on my loan each month, it still wouldn't adjust the principal to interest ratioI have had problems with trying to have the extra amount that I've been laying to be moved over to the principal amountI had to call each other day to have this issue resolved which took weeksI spoke with the supervisor who was then telling me that he wouldn't talk to me because I was concerned about the interest to principal ratioIt was then when I demanded to know what my interest rate was each dayThe interest each day would be $With me even paying extra towards my regular monthly payment it would only go to the interest and just a small portion will go towards the principalI am trying to pay off this loan as fast as possible because if not, I will be laying more for the loan then what I initially took outI never was told over the phone that my interest rate would be 135% each dayIf I was told this from the beginning then I would have never agreed to itThe way that they advertise their services on the radio are not true to their actual call once you call inI am now in bigger debt by borrowing this loan then I was beforeThis was a big regret that I would never make againNever again will I borrow money from loan me because of the high interest rates and the low balance that is applied to loan me Regards, [redacted]

On 12/1/2016, I took out a personal loan of $($+ $loan fee)Monthly payments were to be $388.40/month for monthsThe 1st payment was due on 1/1/I made a request to change my due date to the 15th of each month, making the 1st payment due on 1/15/On 12/1/2016, I made an principal only payment of $to lower the balanceThe balance was then reduced to $with a daily interest of $On 1/15/2016, Loanme manually reduced my 1st monthly payment to $from $and appled it to interest onlyThe interest due at that time would have been $(x days)The monthly payment's I agreed upon would have covered all interest dueBecause Loanme manually lowered my monthly payment, it left a "past due" interest balance of $This in turn has made all future payments go towards interest only as Loanme has created this past due interestI have attempted to reach them in regards to them changing my payment and not applying the paymen

LoanMe is knowingly reporting information to Experian This account is not mine and they have failed to validate it as such After pulling my own credit Reports in August 2017, I noticed that LoanMe is reporting an ERRONEOUS, INVALID, and UNVERIFIED account to Experian which has caused a highly negative impact on my personal credit report I spoke with them on the phone, and I faxed them When I spoke to them on the phone, they said they had sold the loan to a collection agency and that I would need to speak to them, but they still didn't remove LoanMe's invalid, adverse loan account from my credit report When they received my fax, they responded via email twice In both email responses, they failed to provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal the obligation to pay them, and they also failed to completely remove the invalid account and send me written confirmation of the removal All actions are clear violations of the FCRA The account

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As stated in several other messages, this company's representative gave information to meI would have never taken this loan out if I knew up front that it was going to take 10- months to pay offI questioned it over and over that if I pay "$6000.00" back how long would it take for me to pay it offThe representative told me 4-months I was also pushed in taking out this big loan, while I only request $ Regards, [redacted] ***
