After admiring the Love and Loss ring for nearly a year, I finally made the financial "plunge" and made the purchaseLuckily, I was able to take advantage of a 25% off saleWhen I received the ring, while cute, it was of very poor quality and felt like it was made out of aluminumDefinitely not worth price, even on saleI sent the ring back and am eagerly awaiting my refund
I echo the other recent reviews I ordered bracelets for Christmas A package arrived on time for me to give my gifts from Lisa Leonard - but it wasn't what I ordered Whomever put the order together had opportunities to see if the order was correct - and they didn't bother to open up even of the boxes Most infuriating is that you can not call them because in - this company "can't accept voice messages" Oh really? I disputed with Chase and have a credit on my card Lisa Leonard can come pick up the garbage they sent me - I am finished going out of my way to rectify their error Lastly the communication they offered was so full of condescending words like "Hi Friend - thanks for reaching out xoxo" are you kidding? They need to get out of the friendship and love business and start concentrating on selling jewelry It has been days and I still haven't heard from them This company is clearly a hoax
I placed an order for stackable rings with my children's names on the evening on 1/30/and received it todayI am just amazed by the speed of the order and am very very happy with my purchase
The web site was having 20% off with expedited shippingWhen I placed the order the estimated arrived was between 1-weeks, which was definitely understand since it had to be engraved
I barely write reviews, but I was just shocked by the speed of shipping and will be looking forward to ordering more in the future
Well for starters my complaint is actually a combination of all issues! Customer service, product issues and delivery issues! I went ahead and picked what started the whole thing first! On April 21,I place an order to Lisa Leonard designs for stackable rings with my children's name on themAnd let me state that I was ordering these for Mother's Day gifts!!! Let this be the key to all of this that is the whole reason that I ordered!! I received my rings that were incorrect (one was misspelled and left and H out of a name and the period in between was not correct, The other was just poorly done The period was not centered as well! Both were poor quality) on April 28,2016! That was pretty quick service I was happy about that, until I opened it up and noticed the horribleness!! So I immediately called well let me rephrase that I tried to call and email several times! Getting a hold of someone there is the worst! So after my 10th attempt of a phone call I finally spoke to someone! I
There was a delay in the product, but tracking was provided on 12/and the order arrived on 12/Full correspondence is attached
Ordered a gift for my mother back on Dec 5th and they said it would be delivered by ChristmasIt is now Dec 30th and I still have not gotten shipment confirmation for my orderI have emailed many times with no answer as of yetI called multiple times and waited on hold, only to have a recording tell me that they are unable to accept voice mailsI just contacted via Facebook and got an automated response as wellThere is no way to get ahold of these crooksI wish I would have read the other reviews/complaints on this company before orderingI do not care how busy they are during the holidays! That is not my problemThey have more than enough time to post on FB and on their blog about how wonderful their Christmas wasWell how about all of your customers Christmas's that you screwed up?!?!? I will never order from this company again ( I use the word company very loosely)and will tell all not to support them either
I got the sunburst ring in sterling silver as a giftIt's beautiful! I love the organic, hand made look of itVery comfortable to wear too
Shipping was reasonably fast, I received the item days after the order was placed

I ordered Christmas ornaments to give as memorial gifts this yearMy mother died in Sept, and I chose to give an ornament to each of my kids with their names & "grandma" on them, as well as an ornament for my mother's best friend with their two names on itThe ornaments have not been shipped yet and Christmas is days away (and we fly out in days) despite having been ordered in NovemberTrying to reach Lisa Leonard Designs has been nearly impossibleI understand that they are busy, but they need to have a system that allows for customers to talk to a real person and to be able to get a realistic idea of when the item will be shippedWhen I call them the automated message says that they are not taking messages and for customers to email themWhen I email them the automated response indicates that they are not responding to emailsWhen messaging through Facebook the same automated message occursI did finally receive an email response from someone named Ashley when I email
I ordered Simple charm necklace for my wife on December knowing it woujd take 1-weeks I wasn’t expecting to come before Christmas but now being January 3rd over weeks later and my necklace still hasn’t even been made , called customer service they had no care and simply stated they couldn’t do anything , that it was In production and that was that , I won’t ever be ordering from them
Again total waste of money and timeWould have expected excellent customer service from such an independent company

I would love to say that service and shipping are slow but the product is greatUnfortunately after one month I have still not received my order nor has anyone provided me a tracking number
Also, they don't take phone calls or voicemailsThis is odd and I am skeptical about this outfit
I ordered a Mother's Day necklace on February They state that delivery takes 2-weeksWhen I contacted them asking why I hadn't received the necklace, they stated it was held up in their quality departmentNo notice to me about any issueI've asked twice for a new ship date and no answer
I ordered a necklace from their websiteWhat I received does not look like the pictureIt is very poor qualityThe actual product I received appears to be a cheap knock off of the actual merchandise/ picture they put on their website I emailed them on December to place a complaint and I messaged them on Facebook four days later and have received no response
I ordered a ring on November 13th for my wife's birthday on December 8th When I ordered I saw that shipping would be within 2-weeks 2-weeks passed and the item still has not shipped I contacted customer service and was told that the item is back ordered and can no longer be guaranteed even before Christmas Instead, they would send me a card with a picture of the ring I did not even receive the card in time for her birthday Needless to say my wife woke up with no birthday present today and I felt like a total it If orders were backed up at the time I submitted it should not have stated shipping within 2-weeks
I had placed an order for non-personalized necklaces I realized less than hours later that I needed to add one more charm to my order and they would not change nor cancel the order They told me that I could reorder the necklaces and pay for them twice and then return the necklaces that I receive Wow!! Really?!? You mean you started on the necklaces right when I placed the order? I should be receiving the jewelry very quick, not like others who received it very late This really stinks because if they had better customer service and were willing to help I probably would place more orders with them There pieces look beautiful, if they are all made cheaply they will all go back I would not buy from Lisa Leonard Designs company
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They screwed me over and have the most HORRIBLE customer service I've ever seen
First & foremost I had really high hopes for this company due to all the good reviews I read on Facebook & word of mouth (which personally I believe is the best) from family & friendsMy first piece of Lisa Leonard jewelery was a name ring from my mom with my son's name...LOVE IT! Great ring, great quality...would love to buy more for myself or gifts for others
My second piece of jewelry was the infinity ring with the stonesMy husband bought me this ring to go with my engagement ring as my temporary wedding ring until my custom band arrived, then I would just pair it with my name ring on the other handUnfortunately after only wearing this ring for one month a stone popped out, at first I was like no big deal I'll just glue it back inWell now all the stones are gone except the one I glued in myselfSo with that being said I am very much upset especially since the price tag on this ring isn't cheapMy thoughts are this either Adrop the price or Bfind a better way to keep the stones inI've already sent customer service an email & no response so far, but hopefully they will get back to me shortlyVery disappointed

I am rejecting this response because:
I just checked and I was not issued a full refund as you statedThe original total purchase for these rings was $after discountI was refunded on may 2nd for 15% off which brought the total I should of been refunded to 66.64! I was only refunded $That is not a full refund as you stated! You still owe me $11.76! It has now been days since I have been told my order was going to be redone and shipped out as a priority! And nothing! It's getting ridiculous!

remake the piece or refund it in fullWe responded to the customer's emails and have yet to hear back
