I thought this was a reputable business and bought rings for my daughter for her Christmas BirthdayI received a chain with the name Lucas instead of rings with my grandkids' namesMy husband and I have both called, left voicemails, and facebook messaged the companyThe voicemail answers by telling the customer that they are not answering the phone or responding to voicemailSending back the item is the only other option and it does not give me any warm and fuzziesI am not certain my daughter will have the purchased item for Christmas and neither will Lucas Bad customer service to say the least

I am very disappointed with this companyA family member of mine recommended me to order from Lisa Leonard Designs for a special Christmas present and on December 5, I placed an order through this company and I was assured times that I will receive my order before ChristmasWell, yesterday (12/21/16) I received an order from them but it was NOT the necklace I had customized and I was not even sent an email saying that my order had shipped prior to receiving a delivery from Lisa Leonard DesignsIn fact, I received an email saying my order had shipped the day AFTER I got a deliveryI have been trying to contact their customer service team NONSTOP...no one picks up my callsIt looks to me that the company has shunned out all customersI do not understand why a company has a customer service phone line if they don't even answer the callsI understand that it is a busy season but the fact that I trusted a company to deliver me a very special Christmas present and I've waited almost weeks for it, I would expect someone to assist me and make sure I do receive what I have purchased...especially if my money was taken out of my account on the day I ordered it (12/5/16)

Wow, thank you for putting a year on this review. I am in complete disbelief that Lisa Leonard Designs has been scamming people for at least 6 years and are still going. I was scammed in 2021 and the experience you had in 2016 is nearly identical to the experiences people are having with Lisa Leonard Designs to this day. How in the world have they managed to not be shut down yet? Unfortunately for them they scammed me in 2021...

Quality of product does not match pictures and description at online storeDo not waste your money on two-tone rings, they use very little gold and you won't be able to see itCustomer service was not helpful in resolving my complaintTheir answer is that you can pay to return itWhen I asked them to fix it they said the low quality jewelry was their standard, again completely different than what they lead you to believe online with their various pictures of two-toned ringsThey never even answered my last email when I asked them to remake it

Purchased a Christmas present for my daughter who just gave birth to twinsPurchase made on December 12th with a 5-day delivery promiseHere it is December 30, no gift, no response, no nothing(Except they have my money)

HORRIBLE experienceOn Black Friday, I placed a Christmas order for my wife (stackable rings and birthstone necklace)The confirmation email specified that it could take up to business days before shipping - no worries as I had plenty of time before ChristmasFast-forward a few weeks and I hadn't received the order yetI emailed customer service requesting an update several days before the holidayAfter hours of awaiting a response I received noneI placed a call to the customer service line and was told someone would call me ASAP because the order was stuck in processing and hadn't shippedNot only did I not receive a follcall as promised, but I received a new confirmation email with a new order numberIt was apparent that the original order had been lost in production and that they were trying to get a new one outNo problem at all, right? I immediately call with the new order number restating the issue and emphasizing that I need the order expedited to receive prior to ChristmasAfter more back-and-forth, the customer service rep tells me that their orders ship USPS priority and I *should [redacted] receive on Christmas EveYou know how this endsI finally get the tracking information and see that it's not scheduled to arrive until 12/At this point it was too late as the order was already in transit Absolutely terrible experience with the customer service teamNo sense of urgency whatsoeverI was beyond patient and understanding as I work in the same industry (customer service) The stackable rings were a hit with my wifeShe loves the style of themWe have some concerns about how they'll hold up being sterling silver but that is to be expectedThe crossbar birthstone necklace looks cheapWe're returning that as it doesn't appear to be even close to the price I paid All-in-all, I wouldn't do business with this company again just because the customer service was so poor

The issue was resolved on 12/It was an unfortunate misunderstanding and we were more than happy to issue the refund requested

According to our, the original order ( [redacted] ) referenced in the complaint was delivered to Wendy Torkelson on May just after submitting her complaint with the Revdex.com(Fed Ex Tracking number: [redacted] )There was error in her order to which we responded by email on May and again on May She requested a refund of her gift wrap which we providedWe also provided additional credit beyond her initial requestWe re-submitted the order to be remade properly (order number: [redacted] )According to the USPS tracking number ([redacted] 99) the package was delivered 6/at 10:am

I ordered a gold necklace from Lisa LeonardI wore it for a few days with wear and the chain broke while I was wearing itI contacted their customer serviceIt is a pendant that is attached to pieces of chain and it can't be put on another chainThey told me to get a new chain on their siteThey didn't bother reading the email and my complaintwhy would I want to buy another chain that is so fragile that it breaks at nothing and that I would not be able to use on their pendantterrible product and customer service

These guys are using a "boutique lady artist" marketing gimmick to attract suburban mom's and tweens, when in reality all the products are clearly manufactured and shipped from overseas Zero customer service - the moment you place an order it goes to the manufacturer and they refuse to even attempt to make a change Its a total marketing scam as far as I'm concernedUnfortunately I suspect this is a profitable trend that we'll see continue - faking the "handcrafted entrepreneur artist" vibe while all your stuff is actually mass produced in a sweat shop

I ordered rings on December 5th thinking that would be more than enough time considering the website stated packages would be delivered by the 25thI've received commmunication from them after attempting to call and emailEven their email responses are automated after waiting business days for a responseAgain, I tried calling last night and I thought I would reach someone live after being on hold for minsHowever, I determined this was yet another bs ploy when after calling a few times and each time when seemingly placed in queue, at exactly min secs, I'd get sent to vmI'm holding out for a Xmas miracle and will gladly update this review if my rings are delivered today or tomorrow

Placed an order on November 11th for sunburst ringsFunny how they took the money the same day, and I still haven't received my ringsI have called,( not accepting calls at this time) emailed, face booked asking for the tracking number...NOTHING Buyer beware...I will NEVER order from this company again!!

I ordered a 10k "white gold" ring from LLI was SO disappointed when it finally cameInstantly, I noticed the inside of the ring wasn't stamped at allWithin hours of receiving the ring, I went to my jeweler to have the ring tested to determine if it was gold or notMy jeweler also immediately noticed there was no stampShe tested the ring and said it was not goldShe actually couldn't even figure out what metal the ring was made ofI called Lisa Lto request a refund and they called me back the next dayI spoke with a really nice woman who apologized and said they must've "sent me the wrong ring" and it was a mix upShe promised a refund as long as I returned the ringPerfectI returned the ring and a few days later I get a call from a different woman who is very agitated from the get goShe says she's looking at the ring and it has a stamp and it is goldShe also says they cannot issue a refund- only a store creditI explain to her that the ring I was sent and the one I sent back definitely did not have a stampWhich is what raised my suspicions in the first placeShe continues to argue with me about it saying she doesnt appreciate me calling her a liarInteresting- because you're calling me a liar by saying the ring is, in fact stampedBasically, this is them trying to protect themselvesI regret not taking any pictures of the inside of the ringThey are selling cheap, fake jewelryIt's ridiculousThen when they were called out on it, they tried to make me seem like a liarI absolutely will not take treatment like that from anyoneAfter going back and forth with her, she finally agreed to a refund vs store creditDo not do business with these peopleAs you can see from the multiple reviews, her jewelry is not good quality and their customer service isn't any better

My item from Lisa Leonard was a mothers day jewelry gift with my sons name on it The name was spelled wrong! When finally getting in touch with them I was informed it happens often since they have a small business and hand make 600+ items a day! Horrible , if you can't produce a good product don't bother wasting peoples time Not even checking to see if a tiny piece of jewelry is spelled correctly should be a part of the job

So I ordered something from here and immediately sent an email explaining that the wrong item was ordered They told me that the item was started on immediatelyReally? At night???? After hours??? They didn't even return my email for damn days!! I sent several emails since I hadn't heard back from themI then call them about the order and they also DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE They refuse to give me a refund even though I cancelled the order immediately After I threatened to tell everyone I know about how this was handled in person and ALL over social media, the ONLY thing they offered me was a store credit That's NOT enoughI don't EVER want to use this company again EVER!! Their customer service is absolutely horrible!!! The timeframe of them getting back to you is terrible and if you cancel an order immediately, it should be cancelled Don't tell the customer their order was started in to middle of the nightI'm not a fool Try that with someone else Also, one of the rings arrived with the incorrect spelling of my daughter's middle name
