They took money out of my checking account without my permission.I agreed to paying 1.95 for shipping for a sample bottle and they took out 59.85, 1.95 and 199.99 so they took out three transaction two without my permission. As soon as I seen the transactions I called and sent emails for them to cancel my order .I was told they couldn't cancel because my order had already been processed and this is within 30 minutes after. If you go to Facebook and punch in ketoultradiet you will see I am not the only person that have been scammed.

In November 2018, I ordered this product thinking I was only getting ONE bottle at $29.60 to try it out. When my order was processed I was amazed to find out it was FIVE bottles at $29.60/ea for a total of $148 plus $55.76 for tax and shipping (I’m guessing that was the shipping because my account was charged $203.76 total). I immediately called the company and was told that I couldn’t cancel my order even though it wasn’t clear to me how many bottles I was being charged for. The lady I spoke with convinced me to at least try the product, so I did. Lesson learned, I tried the product for over 6 weeks and saw no difference other than feeling bloated in my abdomen. I was guaranteed to have my money refunded within 10-14 business days of receiving the bottles back if I tried the product and saw no difference, so I upheld my end of the deal and returned the bottles as I was told on Dec. 17th with a nice letter to the returns Dept asking them to refund my account. They received the Bottles on 12/24/18, fast forward 31 days later, about 10 customer service phone calls, over 5 hours of time wasted being on hold, numerous empty promises... I STILL HAVE NO REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT.

I am rejecting this response because: Its not so much that I reject it, its that I dont agree with what they said. The MINUTE I realized how much they charged my card with the original order, I called the Customer Service department. The package was not ready to ship and they claim... please... thats how they make their money. Hoping that people wont follow up like I did! That being said, as aoon as I called and had the girl that answered type in my Revdex.com Complaint#, I recieved an email within 20 minutes stating they issued a refund. Imagine that! Poor excuse for a company if you ask me. Thank you for your help in obtaining my refund.

I ordered the Keto ultra product online. I was lured in by a free trial. The advertisement was for a free trial with a nominal shipping fee. I entered my credit card information and the next screen contained other products. I did not select the products, but through the process of moving to the next page "next" an order was placed for over $200.00. There was no confirmation screen, just a jump from a free trial to 200.00 worth of product I did not want or order. I immediately started calling the company to cancel the order. The phone number provided *** was a constant on hold "due to heavy volume" situation. No one answered until my third or fourth day of trying. When I spoke with *** I was told there was no way to stop or cancel thee order, but that I needed to receive it, send it back, and I would be refunded. So. . .I did that, even though the package had not yet been sent. I paid $18 to send the package back via UPS. I gave the company 6 days, and after not receiving any email confirmation of receipt or a refund, I tried the calling process again. I waited over 30 minutes on hold one day. The following day I got someone after 15 minutes. The response was, it will take 10 - 14 days to confirm that we have received the product back. This was said and stuck with even after she confirmed that the package was received by them. I have had $200 taken from me fraudulently, and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get the money returned. I have zero faith that this will even happen given my experiences with them.

On January 23 I decided to try the keto ultra diet. I had seen statements from other customers about a free trial bottle where you pay $4.95 shipping and that was the only fee. I searched until I found the offer. There was a picture that said claim your free offere here so I pressed the button. The next page asks for delivery information. Then the it continues to payment. There was no page with listed packages to choose from. I took screen shot pictures of all the pages it sent me to. After I put in my card information I hit the payment button expecting it to charge me the $4.95. It didn't. The next page congratulated me on saving 50 percent and getting a deal for $199.99 and no description of what it paid for. I was in shock! I tried calling customer service but it was outside business hours. I sent 2 emails asking for a complete refund and why. The next day on the 24th I called and got a man who spoke poor English and gave me the biggest run around I have ever heard. First he said I ordered 5 bottles and it could be cancelled...then I need to go to website to cancel. I told him there was no page for that then he said no you need to cancel it here with me. I said ok cancel it and refund me. Then he proceeded to tell me I couldn't cancel because the order was already processed and the product needed to ship to me and then come back to them for a refund. I asked again about cancelling since my payment was still pending with the bank. He said he never said that. There is no way to cancel. I then demanded a refund of my money and wanted nothing to do with their product. He then said I only have 2 options...either receive the shipment and return it for refund OR he could refund me $150 of my money giving me a 75 percent discount and I could keep the product. He tried convincing me this was a great deal for 5 bottles. I then said no and I would be pursuing this matter in abother way.

This situation is ridiculous. If the guy can refund me $150 of my money then theres no reason he couldn't refund the entire order. The order hadn't shipped yet. The advertisement skips the customers choice and went straight from claim your free trial bottle to you just bought 5 bottles for $200! I would never pay that much for a supplement I hadn't even tried yet! There was no confusion about the site. Its a trick. From what I understand the guy said I am now enrolled in a monthly shipment for the same thing and I will be paying my bank a $25 fee to stop payment on any further attempts they make to take my money. The money they took was needed for a utility bill and I no longer can pay it. This is very disappointing. I had read many reviews about the great outcomes people have had since seeing this on shark tank. I have the pictures to prove what happened as I ordered.

I was scammed by the page who collected my payment.

I was offered one bottle and then charged 5 bottles. Instead of paying 29.99 I was charged 199 dollars. I immediately tried to get in contact with them to let them know their error. I sent them an email 2 minutes after- They immediately replied that the order has been processed and that I should wait until I got the order and mail it back. I told them that I had gotten confirmation of the package will be sent tomorrow and the did not answer anymore. Pls help me

Hello, I need your help. I was scammed by a web page. I wanted to purchase only one product and it turned out they charged me 5 units of the same product. I immediately sent a cancelation order and they told me that the order was ALREADY PLACED. Not even 2 minutes later. They sent me an email stating that I had to receive the order and mail it back. It's completely ridiculous. I explained the situation and they plain ignored it. What can I do? Pls, help me. It's an order for 199 dollars.

Per the companies website you can order a 1 month supply for shipping only 3.95 which is what I authorized. After seeing the charge of $69.95 as confirmation payment I called the company. After being on hold for 20 minutes I got a live person on the phone and asked that my order be cancelled. I was told that the order is in the process of being shipped. After expressing my frustration I asked to speak with a supervisor. After speaking with *** he put me on hold for another 15 minutes for him to speak with fulfillment I was told my order was being boxed up for shipping and couldn't be cancelled.. I them told *** that I would be speaking with my bank. When I told *** why would I get my bank involved it's only $69.95, that process would take 45 days. All I had to do is wait till the products was shipped then send it back for my refund. I said unacceptable.

After speaking with the fraud department of my bank I was told that they tried charging 199.95, 129.95, 99.95 and then 69.95 which was available.. I have requested the charge be reversed but because it's the weekend I won't know till a work day if they went ahead with the charge. This is fraud 100%, they get your information then charge whatever they can get.

I clicked on an advertisement for ketoultradiet.com and clicked claim my free bottle The website stated for me to enter my debit card info and I would only be charged $ 1.95 for shipping. However, after receiving my confirmation I was charged the $1.95 for shipping as well as $199.00 for this product. After speaking with the institution over an hour they refused to give me or my financial institution a authorization release number so that my money could be refunded back to my account. They suggested that I wait until I receive the product and then send it back and once received by Keto, they would refund my money. This is absolutely absurd! Not only did this company lie to get my money, they wanted me to use my own money to ship them their product back. I told the supervisor of the company I did not want the item to be shipped and to give me the authorization release number but she refused and said that it wasn’t in the companies policy. Also, she stated that they weren’t running a promotion to receive free pills but instead another company use their website to run the advertisement and they were aware of it. I then asked if this is true why not release the authorization number so I can get a refund and she responded it was under investigation and that was against the policy and I would have to just send the return item back. When I informed her that I was going to do a Revdex.com complaint she stated then the company will take 60-90 days to refund me of my money if Revdex.com is contacted which in turn she attempted to use this as a scare tactic!

Absolutely a scam!! I placed an order for 1 30 day trial bottle with shipping being 1.95. There was a pop up special ad during the process of paying for the shipping of the FREE bottle and it was for 5 bottles and you had the choice of clicking on No Thanks or the other side to receive the special on the 5 bottles. I clicked on the No Thanks and when I finished my order, I was charged 199.00!!! I immediately called the company and the customer service would not refund me. They said they already processed the order and could not refund me. I would have to send the product back when I received it and then they will refund me. I should have looked at the reviews before I decided to try the “free” sample. It would have saved me the headache of being scammed like all these others that were scammed.

On January 16th, 2019 I ordered a "free" sample and all I had to pay was shipping, 5.99. I entered my information and proceeded to the checkout page. When the page loaded it said Thank you and then on the bottom of the screen it said total 199.99, so I went back thinking that since I hadn't tapped on a purchase button or anything that said to go ahead and take my money, that if I back out t wouldn't charge me. I was wrong moments later I get an alert from my phone since I have text alerts every time something is spend from my account for 199.99. I called immediately but the phones service was closed I called again today January 17th. And talked to a "Chris and he informs me that their is no way to cancel I have to wait until I receive the product and send it back and they process it, I can start the 14 day wait to see if my money will be refunded. after hanging up with Chris I decide to call back and talk to someone else only to find that Chris is the ONLY customer service representative. I regret this choice so bad, I really don't have 199.99 to blow. That was most of my money and it was meant for my utility bill and groceries. I have no idea what to do.

I returned the product in November 2018 and still do not have a refund. Every time I call I am told it will be one more week.

On the website it says you can get a free bottle. They ask for your name, address, and phone number on that page. On the next page, it asks for card information saying all you had to pay was $3.95 for s&h. Once you submit that, there is no review your order page and you look at the total and its $129.95. You're not even paying the $3.95 for s&h at this point. I IMMEDIATELY called the number and of course when "someone" answered after 10mins, it's an answering machine. I then emailed to tell them to cancel my order multiple times and they basically told me no both times. Told me that it was already being processed and there was nothing they could do. In the meantime, I called to cancel my card and reported fraud because this amount was not authorized. They did send me a RMA # and told me when I received the package, I needed to return it. Unbeknownst to me, I'd have to PAY to return it too. I had to pay $4.80 on top of the $129.95 I did not authorize. They have a 60 or 90-day money back guarantee but I have to pay to send it right back? That's not fair nor is it what was advertised. I would like the $129.95 and the $4.80 back. They also need to stop advertising a free bottle because with every page, the deal changes and before you know it, your card was charged for an amount you weren't even aware of and did not authorize

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did not receive an email saying that my refund had been processed until today but that's neither here nor there. I hope that by going to these lengths no one else has to experience that. The ad on the website was for a free trial bottle of the product, with only $1.95 shipping cost. The ad specifically said, "Tell us where to send your free bottle." After the information was filled out and the button was clicked that said, "Rush my order", the order became 5 bottles of the product and $199.00 was charged to my card. I immediately called the customer service, which conveniently had me on hold for half an hour, and they told me it was too late to stop the order. I never ordered that much product, only the trial bottle.

Today I put in a purchase for the diet pills they are offering for a total of $19.99 for one order then free + $4.99 for shipping for the other order. Once the last order was selected it immediate Processed the order with out letting me review. The $19.99 order charged me $199.99 and the $4.99 order was charged for $59.85. I have spent two hours today on hold on two separate occasions and have not been able to reach anyone as well as sent emails through the customer service support center. This has been so frustrating and the fact that I read through all of the “small” print makes it that much more infuriating, I am needing some assistance to get in contact with this company. This order should have been cancelled already..

It seems that I too have been camed as well. 1 bottle advertised to buy for shipping only for 3.95. After placing my order they had charged my account 199.99 as well!! I tried to call them but no one answered the customer service number. So I emailed them within 20 minutes of placing my order. They said I had to wait to receive the package and send it back at my expense before a refund could be issued! On top of that the very next day they tried to take 52.83 out of my account again! I cancelled my debit card, and am disputing this with my bank. The fraud department that watches my debit card said they have seen this multiple times with this company. At least some people are talking to live people when calling customer service. When I called nobody ever picks up and after 32 minutes I was told to leave my name and number and they would reply back via email. Which every email I have received states the same thing so I think the emails are automated. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I saw an advertisement on facebook for a Keto Ultra. The advertisement offered a free bottle with $3.99 shipping. There was no mention of additional purchase required and so I thought I would take advantage of the trail and if the product worked then possibly purchasing. Immediately after imputing my credit card info the total for 4 bottles came up. Prior to that there was NO indication that there would be any more than $3.99USD being taken off the credit card. Had there been any indication that I would be charged for 4 bottles I would not have made the purchase. Right after seeing that they had charged me $270 CAD I contacted my bank, at the time the payment was still pending. I tried to cancel it but was unable to. I tried multiple times to contact their customer service number and was unable to reach a person after waiting for 20 min each time on line. I also tried all other numbers connected with their business which seems to be sold under a few different names. In fact the company that ended up billing the card was called Lean Melt although the company advertising was Keto Ultra. In my emails, sent immediately after the purchase I requested that no product be sent and that they cancel the purchase order. The company chose to disregard this request. My problem is simply that false advertising and duplicitous payment services were used to force me into a purchase that I did not intend to make. After seeking resolution through both email, facebook and customer service I felt compelled to seek the next level for resolution. My purchase # is ***. I sincerely hope that someone can help in regards to this issue. Following my own experience I did some looking into the company and they have a long history of cheating people out of their money with this scam.

I placed an order online but the price charged to my card was a lot more than what the order indicated. I immediately got a call from my credit card co. Fraud alert and they tried to help me cancel the order after I explained the situation. They were unable to get an answer by phone. I called the customer service dept. and asked them to cancel the order maybe 20 minutes after it went through, I was told it had already gone to their shipping dept. and could not be stopped. I told them I wanted a full refund as their website was misleading on the cost. After another call I was given an RMA # to return the product at my expense for a full refund. I did just that and was told I would have my refund in about two weeks. Three phone calls later and approaching 60 days I do not have refund. For the last 2 days I have tried to call their number plus other numbers I found on line and no one ever comes on the line. Held both times for 20 minutes. I feel I have no options at this point to recoup my money.

Thank you for your help with my complaint. I did receive an email from th Co. stating my refund would be processed and could take up to 5 days. However, I disagree with their claim that the reason my refund was not proxessed was because I did not return the product properly. I did as they instructed in their email.

Hi, I had previously requested a free bottle of Keto Ultra Diet Bottle before considering purchasing.
After clicking the website, I was asked to provide shipping address for shipping cost and delivery information.
However, once it is processed. I was charged $199 instead 3.95 cent for shipping.
I called the company directly and said it was mistaken as I didn't authorize to pay for 5 bottles of the pills. I only agreed to get a free keto ultra bottle for trial. However, the company insisted that they could not stop the order.
I contacted my bank. My bank asked me to work with the vendor directly as I initiated the activity on the website. However, I had never agreed to pay for the bottles. The company would issue RMA for return, but would not pay for shipping. I felt I was cheated and it is a spam. I don't want this to happen to anybody else.

I just followed a facebook ad and put through an order for my free bottle of supplements (agreeing to paying $3.99 postage). After I entered my details it did not give me a confirm screen and immediately gave me an order confirmation for 5 bottles at $199USD. I checked my bank statement and they have charged me $278.55AUD. I most certainly did not authorise that.This is a fraudulent transaction.

There are many many others who have reported the same issue on their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pg/KetoUltraDiet/reviews/?ref=page_internal).

I have contacted the company multiple times via email, facebook message and phone to request my money back but they advised this cannot be done until I return the product (which I am not confident I will ever receive).

The company advertised a free trial, only paying $3.95 for shipping. When I was going through the payment it did not show how much I was being charged until the end where they successfully charged my card USD199 for what they advertised as $3.95.
I asked for a refund right away (literally 2 minutes after the charge), they said they cannot refund as the items have been shipped. I tried to look up the shipping tracking numbers they provided and there was nothing registered on that. It was again fake tracking numbers.
