Ultimate keto life took $199.99 and $80.00 out of my account on April 21 2020. On June 11 2020 I returned them in the same package they came in to Denver CO. It was received. I still have not received my refund. The phone number is a tele marketing number. I am so frustrated. No one seems to know who to call. Hope you can help me.

I bought there product, for $199, they added supplements t nd additional $80. Tried to cancel immediately. I was unable to.
I received there product. Since I received it, I thought I would give it a chance. I took there product for about a month. The supplement didn't sit well with my stomach. Contacting the company and said I was going to return the product. I was told where to send it, they provide a RMA number and I was told I had to provide them with a tracking code, which I did. They advertised money back guarantee, if not happy with the product. I connected them several times. Absolutely NO RESPONSE.

They over charged me and made me sick

Hi - I incorrectly purchased products from Ultra Keto Jan 2019 and tried to cancel them immediately. I was advised it was too late as order was in process. I was given 120 days to return products and did so and have receipt from Australia Post of their receipt of product April 2019. I emailed to Ultra Keto in April 2020 (initially forgetting to follow up and then ignorantly believing it would take a while to honour) and have not received the promised returned money. I have been in regular contact regarding this since and have been advised to be patient. They did not reply to my second last email I sent 8th June.

I have read complaints on their company website and someone advised to threaten them by referring to yourself and AG, following which, they received a full returned in 5 minutes!

Tonight I sent an email advising them I would be in contact with yourselves.

Worst customer service ever! I have emailed them over 15 times about my refund and not a single response yet!! What is the next step I should do?

We ordered keto pills that said they was 26.96 . When the order went through it was 199.99 for five bottles. We immediately contacted through email and sent them back .We ordered April 19th 2020. We even told them not to send them to us . They said there was nothing they could do about until we sent them back . Then it was a tracking number ,then it was we was waiting to match tracking number and order number. Now nothing and no refund. This was a tring time durning our pandemic and had two bills rhat had come through and put us behind . All together cost us 300.00 dollars.

I think this company should be forced to close . I ordered the bhb real from them was charged 140 for it and 5 other pills I didnt want called them right after order was placed to stop it was told it was to late waitied for pills to arrive and then shipped them back tracked the package and waited 2 weeks to hear from them about the refund when they didnt respond to emails I sent I found a number on this site and called I demanded my refund and took forever to get it was told they couldnt put my refund on the same card they took it off of cause it was prepaid they could however put the money on a greendot card of my brothers which if im wrong is a prepaid . I will never do any business with them again I would suggest noone does . I wont even rate them one star they are that bad had to leave a star to post review just know they arent even worth the one star

I ordered the Keto pill for 69.99 and got additional pills and was charges 80.00 plus was charges a foreign Transaction fee of 4.49. I have called my card company to dispute. I would like to return the 80.00 worth of pills and get a refund, but don't know how to get ahold of them. No invoice was inclued in the shipment.

I purchased a product called Keto Now that was offered on Facebook claiming this product which was featured on Sharktank and guaranteed weight loss. I purchased the product and when I got to the checkout, ended up buying several other products that I wasn't even aware of. I received the products several weeks later and followed the directions EXACTLY as written on the label for one month. I had ZERO results and as advertised on the ad, results were guaranteed. I reviewed the labels of ALL the products I bought and there was NO address listed nor a customer service telephone number. The only thing printed on the label was Keto Now Denver Colorodo 80239. Thus, I have no information as to who to call or write for a return AND Refund. I checked my banking account information and no information was listed or available as to who or where the funds went. In addition, the number listed on the Revdex.com website for this company, *** is a rebate telemarketing center. A total of over two hundred forty dollars was removed from my banking account with no information regarding where it was sent nor a number to contact the company it was sent to. I firmly believe this is a SCAM company and the ads on social media should be removed IMMEDIATELY, as thousands of citizens are being scammed out of money for a misleading and false product.

I am the CEO of a small charity who run a refuge centre from women and children escaping domestic abuse. We are a confidential location, in the Birmingham area of UK. On behalf of a lady with health issues and needed to diet. I saw Keto advertise on Facebook about their free offer to try pills and guaranteed 120 days refund . This seemed to me to be a good offer. I 'mistakenly' ordered a whole batch of pills (only needed the trial deal) which consisted of enough tins for a year ! This was at a cost and I paid over £139 and even had to pay £24 to collect the package from the Post Office as Keto had not paid customs charge. I paid for proof of postage to send the goods back, unopened still in original packing. Since August 2019, there have been numerous emails to and fro between Keto customer services. Initially I was promised a full refund and had an apology. Since that a particular customer services manager (see emails) insists they cannot send a refund until the returns warehouse confirms they received the package unused. They keep asking me for a tracking number which I do not have as I only paid for 'Proof of Postage' via the Her Majesty's UK Post Office. I made an order on May 26 2019 for supplements. I received the package and didn't even open it. In July I decided I wasn't going to start them, I emailed to get instructions on how to send them back for the full refund since I was within the 90-day money-back guarantee. I received an email with instructions on how to mail back the supplements, which I followed. On July 24 I received notification from Canada Post that my parcel was received by the company. On Aug 7th I emailed them to get an update and received a reply that they still had not received the package. Since then there have been multiple emails going back and forth, they refuse to acknowledge that they have received the package, even though I sent them a screenshot of the Canada Post tracking information. Multiple times they requested the tracking number which I supplied to them.TO this day I have not received my money back which is $258.85 US, and I have not received a response from them, acknowledging that they in fact received my package.

This is the address I was told to send back the pills instructions for Proper Return: 1. On 14th of October 2019, this company charged my Mastercard with an amount of 119.73 euro. I have never authorized this transaction and don't recognize it. I have immediately contacted the company to fix the error. They told me that this was a recurrent order which I do NOT recognize. They also mentioned that a refund could not be done because they had already shipped the order. After verification, it came out that they shipped the order AFTER I contacted them, which shows bad willing and refusal to refund something that was not accepted or authorized by the customer. This package arrived to my home in Europe, Belgium on 6th of November. Without even touching it, I have refused this package and on the same day the Belgium Post returned the package back to the company. Until today, 13.01.2020, the company has not refunded the money that they charged in a fraudulent way on my card, even if I have sent dozens of emails, it was clear that I never ordered this package and moreover I have sent them the proof from the Post that the package was sent back to them. I am requesting again via this review the full refund of the money charged on my card in October without any approval or knowledge from my part. A formal Chargeback file was opened with Mastercard as well for this and it's currently under review.

It's a rip off you pay for shipping trial bottle and they sign you up for a subscription and charged me 89.95 needless to say it's going back as quickly as possible people don't fall for this scam they are only making money off of you and are snicky about it it's a shame that you can't trust anyone and BTW it doesn't work that well either, only if you need to lose 20 lbs this IS A RIP OFF DON'T fall for it

I have not got my money back they keep giving me the run around and they they have had the product sense 12/12/19. I call all the time and all they say is wait 3to5 business days I just want my money back

Total rip off and lie.
I was looking for diet pills and saw the add, don’t even know how but the payment went through for a regular package instead of keto pills with few other rubbish products and it cost me aud$200 !!!!
I’ve requested cancelation but reply email after a day said it’s already shipped to AU.
Noticed later on that I was somehow magically was singed up for ongoing purchase of the products which luckily I was able to cancel it via customer service.
After trying the product, not only I didn’t see any results as claimed in the add, but also I put on few kg!!!
Requested return but the emails went back and forth till I shipped the bottles 31 days ago and guess what? The return address is not even accessible for delivery. I don’t even know if these people are real.
I’m requesting a full refund ASAP to my credit card and I’ve been emailing the costumer care constantly but they say the parcel is not delivered yet which is right because the address is NOT correct.
A message for anyone whom is considering these rip off products. Don’t even think about it or you waste couple of hundreds for rubbish.

I had purchased the KETO ULTRA DIET supplemnets with a order No. ***. I called the company and asked for a full refund. They issued me a RMA number and asked me to send the bottles back. I had to pay for the shipping charges. After the bottles was received by the company, it took a few months to process the refund. They confirmed that they had received my bottles. When I called recently, they failed to issue me a full refund.I did not accept their reason as they told me to send the bottles back and a RMA number was issued. I paid for the shipping charge and did not get a full refund in return.

Firstly I thought I purchased only 1 bottle as a trial but they sent 6 bottles at 189 dollars. They advertise at 60 days money back guarantee. I returned the pills and they disputed the return. Then I confirmed the return through the postal service. Then they said they had to match up the numbers and once this was done they would send a refund. Every time I contact them I have a response says they are busy but will refund the money as soon as. This has now gone on for 4 months. Ordered on 30th June.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Funny how every response from on the bad reviews is "there is no associated purchase with their name"! My daughter who is only 15 purchased these by mistake. I returned the product and paid for the tracking. They received product back and said they would refund her. That was two months ago. A 15 year old works really hard to earn $200 and I'm saddened this company has no problem ripping her off...tried the business number on here and says not in service.

I purchased a 5 bottle package from this company, haven't received it and I assumed it was returned, that's waht the courier it was supposed to arrive told me - Posta Romana / DHL.
I've placed my order on April 4th, 2019...i've send emails after emails to them...the same response of "Thank you for writing back. We apologize for the delay. Once your returned package has been reviewed, verified, and matched back to your account, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation as proof. I would like to thank you for your patience and rest assured, we are looking into this." Each and every time.
No matter how many times I go back and forth with 'customer service' the response is always the same.
I've waited and waited for a response, any refund...I have yet to receive confirmation of the return being processed, let alone a monetary refund or apology for this poor customer service.
It's been 224 days!!!
