I had received a order of 5 bottles of keto ultra diet pills on February 15 2019 at which my teenage daughter ordered without my authorization in the amount of $199.00 ,I then contacted customer service I was told to send it back by UPS to our returns center at which I did I sent customer service my tracking # so when I saw it was received by the return center and signed I called numerous times with different answers they gave me and 16 emails back and forth with the company for my refund at which I complied with everything they received their product of 5 bottles unopened and 17 days later ,16 emails numerous calls to the company I still have not received my refund to my credit card ,,nd the returns department received , I would appreciate help in getting my refund in which im entitled to

I saw an advertisement about a trial bottle of product for 3.95 and when I ordered it, the business charged me 199.00 out of nowhere. I got in touch with them literally minutes within this happening and they said it was already being shipped and they couldn't refund me but could once I ship the product back. They received it on Jan 29, and it is now Feb. 27. well past the 10-14 business days processing. They keep telling me it is within the range but it is not and I want my refund!

I was considering getting the free bottle where you only pay $3.95 for shipping but never fully placed the order. I checked my bank and the company had charged $199 to my card. I waited for the package to come and called to get return instructions. Package was mailed back with delivery confirmation, they received it on Feb. 1,2019 and I still have no refund. I have sent numerous emails and always get the same story. They have no record of return and it can take 10 - 14 business days for the refund. These people are stealing money from peoples bank accounts and not refunding it.

I clicked on an add through facebook to order 1 bottle of supplements for 3.95. After entering my shipping address and payment information, my card was charged 199.99. There was no cancel button on the website. On the same day, I sent an email to the company, Keto Ultra Diet letting them know I wanted to cancel. I received a response that I could not cancel because the order immediately goes into processing. They sent an email with RMA# and return address stating that I could return the 5 bottles they charged me for and my refund would be processed in 10 to 14 days.
Once I received the merchandise, I sent it back 01/17/2019 via UPS. I contacted the company by phone to let them know that I had sent the items back. I contacted the company again on 2/7/2019 and a rep stated that they received the items on 1/24/2019 and my refund was being processed. I contacted the company again 2/22/2019 and another rep stated that they were behind on their returns, but my request has been prioritized and they can't give me a date on when I will receive my refund, but I will receive an email once the funds are ready to be returned to my account.
At this time, I don't have the product nor my money. I want my refund, as it was never my intention to spend 199.99 on supplements I've never heard of or previously tried. This company has all of my emails and phone calls on record. I continue to call and I continue to get the run around on where my refund is. It has been well over 14 days and there is still no resolution.

I like others on here fell for the free sample bottle, just pay small shipping and handling. I happened to check my bank account a few days later and noticed I was overdrawn because of a $199 charge. Same thing as others, "already shipped, just send it back", and so I did. They rec'd the shipment on 1/24. Every time I contacted them, it was "it takes 10-14 business days to process the refund". It's now 2/21 and still no refund. On one correspondence they said the ONLY reason it would be delayed was because the package wasn't marked with the RMA as their instructions noted. I sent them pictures of the RMA# on the box, on the packing slip that came with it that I also sent back, and, FedEx also noted the RMA on the shipping label.Then, the very next email it was "they had a lot of product coming in and having a hard time keeping up" (so now I guess a package not being labeled correct isn't the ONLY reason). I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card, don't know if it will do any good, it's probably money lost. I hate thieves.

I ordered a sample. Was billed for 6 bottles for $199.99. Sent back entire package per their instructions via usps on 12/29/2018. Delivered to them 01/10/2019. Nothing put back in my acct. as of today.

I placed an order for an advertisement stating by 2 get one free for $33 per bottle, free shipping. When the order was completed the total they charged my account was $131.94 I called the company to find out why and was told they charged me for three bottles and was told they give me a $30 rebate card. When I said at $33 each I shouldn't have been charged more then $99, but they kept giving me the runaround saying it was correct. I was on the phone for almost an hour and asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told the supervisor was unavailable and couldn't speak to me. I told them to cancel the order and they said that they couldn't as it was already to be shipped and there was no way to stop it. I told them their advertising was fraud because I wasn't being charged as the advertisement stated. They kept apologizing for it being misleading saying there was nothing they could do, but I could return the package once I received it and then they would credit my account. I took a picture of the advertisement on my phone if you need me to send it.

I read the response, however I purchased the two bottle bundle with one free bottle, not the five bottle bundle. Also I forwarded the email that they sent me telling me they were refunding my money, but said nothing about my keeping the product I received. The email should be in my records with you. That is the only message I have received from them. Also I emailed you that I am planning on keeping the complaint open until the money has been refunded on my card. Once that is received, I will notify you to close the complaint.

I have received a full refund.

When we were looking to buy 3 ultra keto diet pill bottles for 29.99 after we put the credit card information in the price went up 6× more than the original to $201.95 after confrming the purchase of 29.99 . Just minute later we called customer support and the first lady said that the order already packaged then we talked to the supervisor max *** said the same faking like he was talking to the shipping department and came back and said the same thing as his other employee that it was already packaged and he said that they are located in Denver, Colorado. And also how can they package it so fast and not be able to cancel it before the package even shipped it is simply not possible to package a package that fast not even the biggest companies can't do that and if they could they can still cancel the order.

Total scam. I tried to cancel the order immediately and was told it was already processed and my credit card was charged $199.99. I returned the product when it arrived and have been working for weeks to receive my refund.
I will be opening a dispute with MasterCard to make sure this charge is not paid.

this is total fraud I did not authorize or sign a contract. 10 minutes after ordering I called to cancel order and they refused to cancel order said I had to wait to get package open it and put letter inside saying I want a refund. the address they provided is a quickbox drop off and run by a *** in Denver Colorado. I have place a fraud dispute with capital one credit card company.
I have seen over 70 complaints about other people being charged more than what was advertised also found out this is not what shark tank advertises. people are being defrauded by this company please help! I am 73 years old living on ssi I cannot afford these charges and didn't authorize it!

Purchased 5 bottles for what I thought would be $29.90. Charged $199.99 plus shipping. Returned 3 bottles which were received by the company 1-7-19. Was told refund would be issued within 14 days. I ordered a trial bottle of their product online and there was no verification page. It charged my card for 5 bottles INSTED of the one I ordered. I've called several times and have waited for the time they asked. I've documented everything. They have had their products shipped back to them weeks ago. They claimed they could not cancel it right after I purchased it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This pop up come up on my computer and next thing I know I am getting charged $200 for an order that I didn't place. I called immediately and they told me the order was too late the order was already done and there was nothing they could do until I sent back the product. They didn't provide return shipping label and I have to pay more money to have it shipped to get my $200 back - plus wait 2-3 weeks for the refund. Well it took 2 weeks for the package to be sent to me and by the time they get it back I am in jeopardy of not getting my money back because they said it could be past the deadline for returns - which is a lie because their website claims 90 days. So mad. I was completely blindsided by this unauthorized transaction and now I am dealing with bogus excuses to get my money back.

I Was billed 200$ instead of shown price of 29$.

They have false advertisement where you will purchase a $33 product with a freebies but when payment comes, they will charge your card triple the price. They charge me with a whopping $132. I want my money back... full refund!! I worked hard for that money and I dont deserve to be fooled by companies that just lie. People willingly buy their products but abused you just to sell their products and make big profits out of it.

I just wanna let you know that Vinoth (who emailed me about the refund) of Keto Ultra diet company has not been responded yet to my last previous email about the refund request they promised. They told me to wait for 7 business days but upon updating my account, the refund has not been forwarded yet and it has been 8th day now. Please help me in returning my hard earned money. They should stop fooling other people about this scam business online. This has to stop!

I was looking at what a bottle would cost, well before you can see the price you have to enter your info. Then the next is what deals they have, the very first one says $29.30. I pushed it to see what it said and it just said the sake price $29.30, well I was scrolling and I hit the button to purchase. I called them immediately to cancel, only 2 minutes had passed, they said they couldn't cancel it. I was getting charged $201.99 and there was nothing I could do about it. I have to wait for the package to arrive to send it back only to wait 2 more weeks for a refund. 4 weeks for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this site, and if you do Please be very careful, and watch what you tap as your scrolling.

I saw an ad on Facebook from Keto Ultra Diet advertising a trial bottle of their diet pills for 4.95 USD. Once I entered my credit card information, I was automatically charged 199.00 USD for 5 bottles. I did not authorize this amount and was not told I would be charged so much. I immediately called Keto Ultra Diet and was told that they would not reimburse me as my order was already sent (within 5 minutes) to their fulfillment centre. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. The woman from Keto Ultra said that they would reimburse me 25% of the price I was charged. I called my credit card company to report the fraudulent charge and I was told that there was nothing they could do because I "accepted" the reimbursement, despite being robbed of the additional 75%. Keto Ultra said that they would reimburse me the whole amount once I received the product and returned it to them. I have not been sent any product to return.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, so long as I actually do receive the promised reimbursement of the remaining $149.99 USD. Should I not receive this reimbursement within the 7 day time frame, I will be in contact again. In addition, I have attached a photo reference that indicates that Keto Ultra does indeed advertise trial bottles for $4.95 USD.

1.False advertising and overpriced : Clicked on deal for 19.95 for 3 bottles, get two free with free shipping. Sent to order page. At end of order, I was charched 199.00 usd. Instead of 60.00. They claimed that they were “victims” of false advertising via shark tank advertising but ironically the 19.95 offer went straight to their website. Shark tank is affiliated with this company as they bought 25 percent to finance the sisters and their product.

2, second complaint: company woukd not cancel order that I had cancelled 2minutes after I had placed it. Claimed it was already in process and couldn’t be cancelled. I have an email showing this.

Followed up with a phone call. Got nowhere. Said I needed to return product at my expenses once I received it plus duties. The only thing they did was credit me back 50.00 rebate offer.

I order this product off of a Facebook ad. It was backed by Norton and I thought that would be alright. As soon as I ordered I was billed a different price then was listed. I immediately contacted them to cancel and was told I couldn't as it had already been sent to shipping. I told them I was going to return the product and was given the address to return. It was received by them on December 11, 2018 at 12:03 PM. The return form said 14 days to process. Numerous emails later all I am told is we have your product but are behind due to returns. I did call tonefeel.com and talked to Ian. He said that would be the last call I have to make. I asked to be emailed a transcript of the conversation and he said he didn't have access to do that. I even contacted Norton as they say they are backed by them but it's only for 30 days??? All I want is my money back. I am out $201.99. Please help as they do not intend to return my money.

As of this time I do not have any pending transactions on my debit card.

Usually it should show as a pending transaction and there is nothing.

Could you please not close this until I receive my credit? Also, I did return all bottles and follow instructions.

On Saturday the 26th January I saw some Keto diet pills being advertised on a facebook ad. I looked at the advertisement and it stated number of packages. I chose the package indicating the price was $29. The next stages were to give my details and then my credit card number. At no stage did it give me the option to confirm what I was paying for and the amount. When I agreed to pay the receipt stated I had paid $201 !!. This is not acceptable I immediately phoned my credit card company but they could not stop payment. I then contacted Keto who informed me the shipment could not be stopped!! Amazing as it was only about 3 hrs since my order!. They informed me I could send the items back and when they received them they would refund my money. This procedure will probably take over a month! Why should I be without my money for such a long time, I will also have to pay shipping costs to send the items back from Thailand to Denver by registered delivery. Are the company going to refund my interest and postage costs? I doubt it? The company should just cancel my order and refund immediately due to the quick cancellation. I have since done some research and note others have fallen for this advertising scam! and have struggled to get money back. This company should be named and shamed.
