It took a whille but I'm well verseed in waiting... When I get to using the PC w wll seee just hw well the work has ben done.

From what I know they have doon a superior job.

I was having problems with unwanted ads in my email that I could not get rid of. n frustration I contacted Yahoo and was sent to the Jupiter service. Was called back within five minutes of my email. There were multiple issues with my computer. I entered into your contact and the issues were resolved within an hour and a half. I am grateful for the prompt, clear and courteous service.

I would like to say how frazzled I was when I first called Jupiter because I am not a computer
