My computer had mal ware problems.the tech. only spent a short period of time and fix the problems. I would recommend Jupiter to anyone who want their computer problems fixed.

I have had an experience with another support service that I do not choose to name. It was with great trepidation that I signed in with Jupiter. They are great and completely honest. They worked on my computers for a very long time, without reservation, and kept on calling to find out if everything was solved. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know, and I am a rather critical person. They did and will continue to do a great job for me.

The E-mail problem on our computer appears to be fixed. I appreciate the time spent clearing this up.

Although I did not expect to have a computer problem today, once I called the ###-###-#### tel no. which came up on my screen, each person that I talked with was very impressive to me. I certainly didn't expect to spend $300 today (I have to watch my bank balance very carefully to NOT overspend my balance). However, I DO NEED to use my computer DAILY because it is my primary communication tool (email) with many friends spread all over the world.

I realize that Xavier spent 99% of the time fixing my computer, (Vincent was also very helpful initially), and Xavier called my phone several times during his "repair" to keep me informed AND with some necessary training for me.

Al in all, I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received. (I also will add, that I expect some other customers such as me, DO NOT have the time to be available for talking with the technician, as I did. However, I am 84-yrs old and am retired, although I do spend some time each day working from home.)

THANK ALL OF THOSE at Jupiter Support who were involved correcting my computer problem.

Your tech stayed with me for hours yesterday trying to fix my internet. I had none... I called my supplier and the had to do some repairs on their end. I will call anytime I don't know what to do. Rickey was very helpful ! I was becoming frustrated with a problem I apparently created! He not only fixed the problem but spent time searching for a file I had just created for a meeting this evening - it took time, but he was patient and easy to understand. He also gave me some tips before he closed my file. My experience with Jupiter has been good each time i"ve had to call. They encourage me to use the service regularly which I now plan to do. Lois B
