JM Bullion is truly outstanding. I am usually very cautious about using a bullion company or giving recommendations and always start off with a test spend. I have come to appreciate their deep commitment to customer service and they provide a order tracking service with the USPS in their emails to you so you know - instantly - where your order is at any point in the supply chain process. After the order completes, they always follow up with me asking if I was satisfied and if there was anything better they could be doing. After multiple orders, I've come to appreciate them as a "Fire and Forget" business. This means that once I hit the button on my order screen and submit my order ("fire it off"), it is good as delivered and I can safely forget about it until the package arrives in my mailbox.

I have both used JM Bullion as a source for precious metal purchases, but have also recommended them to friends for their useage, JMB almost always has the best pricing of the different metals but they are also one of the quicker shippers of goods purchased,

I ordered product from JM Bullion and is was shipped but did not arrive on the day promised. Upon contact with JM Bullion, they told me that I have to wait another 15 days to receive the product. Also, they want to charge me shipping back for product that I have not received. I would ask many questions before conducting business with this company.
