I encountered a slight problem with my last order.
The problem was that I paid by echeck which I have done in the past. My order was placed on Dec 17. I received an email that said my check cleared and no action was required on my part.
I tried unsuccessfully to track my order but it wasn't in the system..this was 12/22.
I called to find out where my product was since the ad said "next day ups air."
I talked to one girl who really couldn't explain the process to my satisfaction. No name. I then spoke with supervisor Sharon who politely told me she didn't know why my order was sitting dormant after JMB had my money.
Almost done....Sharon said she could bump up my order to have it delivered on 12/24
Well, today 12/24 my packagevarrived.
I have done business with JMB for a number of years. I am very happy with the product and the professional service provided.
I apologized to both Sharon and the other girl if I sounded angry.I was not angry.I only wanted an explanation which I got and expidited shipping.
So thank you to everyone who helped this old guy. I will continue to purchase my PM from JMB.

I have ordered with these guys several times and while they may not be the cheapest or have the greatest sales pitch; they do consistently deliver what they advertise, when they say they are going to (usually 3-4 days in my case). No hidden BS or ultra fine print, just a reliable, easy, trustworthy way to buy gold and silver.

My first bullion purchase was through a local third party dealer because I didn't feel safe enough to purchase directly from a big company.
