I recently recieved my 1st bullion shipment. I was very pleased with the quality and detail on the bars & rounds. I researched different sites for about a month before purchasing & jm bullion was the cheapest I could find ecspecially with the free shipping. I recieved my order very quickly and it was packed very well. It was also shipped discretely which I liked very much. I plan to order again soon & I am def refering my family & friends to do the same.Thank you once again for your excellent product!!!

Very quick turnaround on orders. I have made 3 orders so far in a months period and have only had to wait 3 days per shipment.

JM Bullion is an excellent online retailer. I have purchased Silver, Gold, and Platinum from them over the last year and have placed about a dozen orders. In each one the sale went very smoothly. I have never been over charged and all of the packages arrived quickly and safely. All of the packages come insured which more than covers the small amount I buy.

This is my second order from JM Bullion. I like the website and compatible pricing as well as customer phone service. There is one thing that I don't quite understand. Hope JMB will fix this. Both orders were paid pay bank check per JMB advised when you want to pay by check. The check is clear (from my account)after second day its arrived to JMB, but the order would never got shipped after 15 then10 biz days. Both times I have to call several times to inquire about the status. The service Rep told me there was a hold shipping on my order which required my signature to release- They don't understand why. After first order was dispute, account promised me it would not happen going forward- but again it happened to my second order. I don't mind to wait for the order as long as I know when it would shipped so I can schedule to stay home to receive it - Signature required for all orders. JMB never contact me or notify me on two incidents. I always have to call them for the inquiries.

Although I personally find the Revdex.com to be a repulsive organization that will ignore complaints against companies that print brochures for them or that have other close ties (yes, I've experienced this personally) the great folks at JM Bullion seem to think a good review is important and since they are one of the finest organizations I have dealt with in a long time, I am writing this on their behalf. Their selection is great. Prices are unmatched, but more important their customer service is attentive and responsive. If you could give an A++++++, I would.
