This is my first time here and am very pleased with how things worked out.

It is a easy simple process in placing an order online. Free shipping is a great feature.And their processing and ship out time is quick. I just love it. One concern though is from the UPS, they always leave the package on the front doorstep when nobody answer the door. Hope shipment won't be stolen......

I ordered product that was supposedly in stock.
But that was the only thing good about my experience.

I ordered on 07July2015
They received my check and deposited it on 10July2015. The Check also cleared my bank on 10July2015.
My account was still showing unpaid on 16July2015. I called in and was on hold for 45 minutes before I spoke with someone. They told me I had to go to my bank and find out just who cashed the check. I had to go into the bank and get the information and then call them again, a 30 minute wait this time, without resolution. Another call while at the bank, a 45 minute wait again, and demand to speak with a supervisor. Finally got a credit to my account for the check that had cleared six days before.
At the 10 day mark I received a email saying that my account had not been paid yet. I emailed a response after waiting 50 minutes without an answer to my phone call. 12 hours later I received an email response saying disregard the last email, my account was up to date.
When I inquired as to the shipping date I was informed that it would take until the 23rd of July before my order was filled.
I finally received my product on 28July2015.

Why should I have to wait for 10 days after they finally acknowledged my payment? The product was in stock, supposedly! Note: this was not the date they got my money into their account, this was 10 days after they finally admitted having gotten the money.
This is what you call doing business on someone else's dime.
I will never buy from them again.

I placed an order for 1 ounce silver bars at JM Bullion. They had the particular bars I was looking for in stock and ordering them from their website was very simple. The shipping was very fast. I HAVE ORDERED OVER 50,000 DOLLARS WORTH OF PRODUCT FROM JM BULLION WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS.LAST WEEK THEY HAD 2 SPECIALS RUNNING FIRST I ORDERED THE 2 OZ SILVER HAWKSBILL TURTLES THEY WERE NICE ON THE FRONT BUT THE BACK ON THE QUEENS FACES WERE REALLY SCRATCHED UP I CALLED TO EXCHANGE AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD IF THE DAMAGE ISNT THAT BAD ITS OK AND THEY REALLY DONT EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT.SO I THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND TO THE NAKED EYE THE DAMAGE WASNT TO BAD BUT UNDER A REGULAR MAGNIFYING GLASS IT WAS HORRIBLE SO FOR 10 COINS I ATE THE DAMAGE AND KEPT THEM. THEN A DAY LATER OR SO I ORDERED THE XXXX X OZ BRITANNIA'S THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MINT SEALED WHEN I GOT THEM THE TUBE WAS NOT IN ANY SHRINK WRAP NO MINT SEAL AS DESCRIBED AND ALL 25 COINS IN THE TUBE HAD THE SAME DAMAGE TO EVERY COIN ON THE FRONT AND BACK ALL I COULD DO WAS THINK THIS IS CLEAR RETALIATION FOR ME COMPLAINING ABOUT THE LAST ORDER HOW CAN YOU HAVE THE SAME DAMAGE TO ALL 25 COINS IN THE SAME SPOT FRONT AND BACK?YOU CANT THEY CLEARY SENT ME DAMAGED COINS AND SENT A MESSAGE IF YOU COMPLAIN THIS IS WHAT YOU GET. SO I WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW IT DOESNT MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SPEND AT U SPEND AT JM BULLION THEY WILL RETALIATE IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT A ORDER I AM A CHRISTIAN AND BELIEVE IN HONESTY AND THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST AND I WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM AGAIN ITS REALLY SAD A COMPANY WOULD STOOP TO SUCH A LOW LEVEL TO A GREAT CUSTOMER NOT HAPPY AT ALL IN MARYLAND!

The delivery was very quick, the packaging was very good and the product was everything I had hoped.
