I'm from Alaska. I've been purchasing Silver coin, Bullion and coin from Apmex, and Provident Metals since January 2016.

IThe GOOD:
Great variety, availability, and usually lower prices.

The BAD:
Is in packing department, couldn't care less about how precious metals coins, Bullion, bars or rounds are packaged for shipping.



SHORT STORY:
Jmbulion packing department did terrible job packing my coins which were damaged during transit because of Jmbullion's packing department negligence.


LONG STORY:

I made my first purchase from Jm Bullion in August 2016. I ordered two- 2 oz Queens Beast Coins. The coins themselves are beautiful and well made.

When I received my first order from JM Bullion, the little box had zero damage. As I began to open it, I took photos and video.

What I saw one I opened the box made me wonder if Jm Bullion didn't have a bunch of monkeys working in the packing department!!!

They didn't send these two 2 oz coins in sepperate plastic flips as they should have. The flips they use are one flip with two pockets.....like a saddle bag. The openings face each other (the heads of the flips connected like conjoined twins), and a peice of tape around the middle!!!!! The coins shifted while in transit due to Isic packing techniques, casusing damage to the coins.

Jmbullion send me a label in Email to ship back my coins for replacment. Which. I had to pay out of pocket for a secondary box (required to keep UPS insurance valid), and for UPS to print out my label ($6 Total, plus gas).

They did send me two more properly shipped.

But, on my THIRD purchase from them (Sept 2016), they sent my five - 1 oz Canadian Maple Leaf Privies with scratches and also two appeared as if someone has ran their oily palm over the face if the coin (reverse proof, maple leaf side) which did indeed changed the appearance of two of the five coins.

I just sent off an email to JM Bullion and am awaiting their response (10/02/2016).

APMEX always ships my precious metals in a nice box with soft foam inserts, and always quickly!!!!

IF JM Bullion would deal with their packing department and straighten them out, they would be a great company to do business with!!!!!!!

I made my first silver purchase through JM Bullion last week and am 100% satisfied. I have been purchasing silver for the last couple years thru a popular gold/silver internet company out of California and was paying around 8% Cali sales tax, $25 shipping/handling fee, and I waited an average of 2 weeks for my silver to arrive. With JM Bullion there is no sales tax, no shipping fee (on orders over $100) and I receive my silver in 4 or 5 days! Also, you can track your shipment from labeling to receiving on the JM website logging in with your password. Also, JM has a larger variety of silver products than most other gold/silver internet businesses. I highly recommend JM Bullion to my friends and will continue to purchase silver thru JM. 1st time that I have ever ordered our annual Silver Eagles on line. Usually we buy from a local jewelry store that also has coins. After searching online at various sites decided on JM Bullion. Prices were competatively, received order very quickly and was exactly as promised. Will definately order from this company again.

Pricing was very competitive and my shipment arrived the next day. I also really enjoyed the ease of navigating the web site while searching for both investment items as well as Christmas gifts.
