There is no customer serviceI purchased several times and all went smoth until I called to request going from paper check to eltronic checkI was told a manager would have it set up for me in minutesIt was never done I had to call several more times to talk to a live person and was told the same thing again, nothing was done
So far I have made more than ten calls and gave up waiting all but those twoToday I waited on hold for minutes which is about average
I'm done with them if there was ever a real problem I would never be taken care ofI have found a company that does not even answer thir phone is most likely on the ropes

This is the worst site I ever shopped forI was told I would get the order by specific date and as it is important to me, I almost called everyday to confirm thatThey repeatedly assured me I will get the order by specific date but finally I did not
I spent a day without going to office waiting for package which I did not receive and I spent my precious time talking to the customer service people who never respond properly
