It was a very positive experience except for when the weather slowed down the delivery we did get a little worried but found out that they were insured if they got lost We will definitely buy more again in the future

Packaging of purchased items was below par Items were not carefully packaged and protected for shipment This is my second occurrence with this company Recently, I made two identical purchases, one from JM and one from a competitor, In comparison, JM Bullion falls way short of ensuring protection of goods shipped I just tried speaking with a supervisor (Brian) to provide feedback and to offer sending photos for review I did not wish to file a claim with them I was disconnected and then several attempts to call back were not answered, II was sent to voicemail Very unusual

To JM Bullion; I recently viewed one of your competitors adds , watched their presentation, then I started adding up all of their special" employee discounts" What I found was that your every day prices, available to anyone who orders from you , was lower than their "special pricing " no matter the quantity ordered
It doesn't hurt to look but, always verify JM Bullion has ; to my knowledge, had the best prices on any precious metal and without a doubt the best delivery in the business Thanks Again , ***
