This matter is not close on the behalf I have not receive my funds back that was used to pay something I did not authorize or gave anyone permission to use my card RUSHCARD sent me a letter that say no error occur but *** *** said them funds was return back to the card holder what is RUSHCARD so if the returns want back to my rush card where is my money becuse *** said that the funds did not go back to them if RUSHCARD found that no error had occurred so RUSHCARD have my funds now on 03/01/at 7:35pm I get a call from someone from RUSHCARD name Viaa from # ###-###-#### about this matter till me that my funds will be mail to me and if I had any question I can reach them at # ###-###-#### now I contact the number and can not get in touch with anyone so my family lawyes is file a law suit against RUSHCARD so this matter is NOT CLOSE into I recover my funds back that was tooking from me

experienced a significant service interruption on Monday, October 12, related
to our processor conversion. The
conversion took significantly longer than expected and we were down for several
hours more than we had previously alerted our cardholders. In addition, after we came back up, we
experienced delays in posting direct deposits, the cardholder website was
intermittently unavailable and some information on the website, including
balance information, was incorrect. In
addition, a small subset of cardholders were locked out of their accounts. These problems dramatically increased traffic
to the call center. We increased the
number of incoming trunk lines to the maximum supported by the telecom
equipment, but still experienced longer than usual wait times and some callers
were unable to get through. We
worked around the clock to resolve these problems. At this time, our system is up and running
and cardholders have access to their funds and account information. A small number of accounts are still in an
inactive state which can be corrected when the cardholder contacts us. We are proactively reaching out to our
customers who were impacted by the outage and confirming that their cards are
working properly. In addition, as a

As of 10-19-15, I spoke with a RushCard repI was told, the system is still not workingThere is nothing the can do for meI was told I was being transferred to a specialist to try to help meI was told the same thing as beforeThe system is not functioning properly, and they did not know when I would have access to my funds The person continued to say how sorry she was, and that she knew I needed access to my money, but we cannot give you a specific time frame the system will be workingI stated, I have a $balance that was taken off of my current RushCard and place on my RushCard that expired almost months ago, and I needed it place on my active cardI was told, the card would have to be reactivated again, but the system is not functioning, so there's nothing to be done, and that they would send me an email, to contact me when the system was up and working againIt will be one week I have been without access to my funds

Revdex.com:As I have spoken with several customer service agents I have been getting conflicting information and I have also Attorney General ans they have told that Rush is not suppose to be asking me for my social security card and I will not be sendingSee my problem is this I put the dispute in and information was still being sent to the very people that took my money in the first place Rush customer are not taking accurate notesI am being told to many did different thingThis makes me very angry with Rush I have be a customer since December that is a total of yearsI have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and June 6, I will be filing a police report. As I said this whole situation has cause me nothing but problems, and financial issue the very things they say that they want to preventI feel that No one is taking my case serious as they have texted information about a re-deposit to the very people that hacked my account to begin with so God knows what else they have sent themI was suppose to get check and then they void the check and say nothing I had to call into customer service to find out that is happeningLike I say I will not be sending Social Security card, and as for my Id they can have that because my address is currant on my ID my government issued ID.*** ***
