Very helpful and efficient company

only been a costumer for a couple of days and I still have my concerns. But my first use was ok.

I have been plagued with Virus problems and advertisements on line warning me that I have a problem with my system. Itek helped me set up my computers ( laptop and desktop) with anti-virus software that actually fixed the problems I was seeing. They also setup a support link I can access 7x24 to check validity of any calls I have received before letting someone access my system. There are a lot of deceitful people out there preying on the elderly, of which I am one. Good to have someon I can trust!
