Revdex.com Post Office Box 2587 Columbus Georgia 31902   Re: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] – [redacted]   Dear Ms. [redacted]:   Receipt of the above styled inquiry is hereby acknowledged. We have investigated the issue with Ms. [redacted]’ Target Visa Gift Card.   Ms. [redacted] originally contacted our office on December 30, 2015 disputing unauthorized transactions on her card. We received the requested documentation on March 7, 2016. We previously denied her dispute. However, upon reinvestigation we discovered there was a delay in our response to Ms. [redacted]. We sincerely apologize for the delay in the process.   We place a great deal of importance on customer satisfaction and want to be sure that our customers have a positive experience with our product. As evidence thereof, we have credited Ms. [redacted]’ account for the difference of $24.00 leaving her account with a $ 112.00 balance. Please call if you have any questions, or if I may be further assistance in any way. I remain,   Sincerely,       [redacted] Chief Operating Officer Incomm Financial Services, Inc. 1200 Brookstone Centre Pkwy, Suite 220 Columbus, Georgia 31904 [redacted]

Yesterday purchased a 100.00 dollar vanilla mastercard for my wifes birthday. She opened it and the numbers were scratched off. We tried to use the card and it would not work. Then we did some investigation and found this is a very common problem. As this is a problem that happens frequently the company Incomm and the retailer that continues to sell this product Walmart even though they know about the problem. This should be a fraudulent transaction as they won't guarantee the product is what is being purchased.

[redacted]’s MyVanilla Reloadable Debit Card.

the amount of $350.00 to Ms. [redacted].

We place a great deal
of importance on customer satisfaction and want to be sure that our customers
have a positive experience with our product. Please call if you have any

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The company did a great job and making sure everything was replaced. I provided what was asked of me and they re-issued the card to me for the full amount of $275.00. Thank you Vanilla Visa for taking care of this for me.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.they are not at all helpful,  them losing my initial dispute package is garbage( I re-forwrded the packet to them showing them the original date and proper email address on it to which the had no answer) and they still intend to hold MY money hostage for the 120 days.  I have done some research and this is a very common occurrence and they make the dispute process so difficult and long that I am sure most people just walk away from their money.  I will see this through and eventually get my money back but this was a baby shower gift to buy the things we need for our newborn  by the time I see this money my child will no longer be a newborn.  Amazon has been incredibly helpful through this process and offered to speak directly with them but they refuse that as it is against policy.  they just dont want his to get resolved and that is very apparent to me.

Dear Ms. [redacted]

Receipt of the above
styled inquiry is hereby acknowledged. We have investigated the issue with Ms. [redacted]’s
Vanilla Visa Gift Cards.

Unfortunately Ms. [redacted]
was a victim of a form of fraud known as package tampering. This means that her
card was fraudulently compromised prior to activation. Our fraud team continues
to investigate this issue. We place a great deal of importance on customer
satisfaction and we want to be sure that our customers have a positive
experience with our product. We have received all necessary documentation. We initially
issued Ms. [redacted] a check in the amount of $100.00; another check is being sent
for the remaining $111.90 which includes fees.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused.
Thank you again for bringing this to my attention. If you have questions, or I
may be of further service please contact me directly. With warm regards I

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and I request to have InComm send a cancellation letter to me for my records.
Its very frustrating that this had to be escalated to file a complaint to the Revdex.com in order for this fraudulent card to be cancelled. In the beginning, I mentioned that my identity was stolen to the representative and asked to be transferred to the fraud department.
A police report #[redacted] has been filed with the city of La Habra. Identify theft should have been enough reason to cancel the card with the representative in the first place.
InComm should implement training for their representatives on how to handle victims of identity theft.

Re: RevDex.com Case #[redacted] – [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

Receipt of the above
styled complaint is hereby acknowledged. We have investigated the issue with Ms.
**’s PayPal MyCash Reload Cards. Thank you for taking the time to make us aware
of the issue.

We have reviewed Ms. **’s
complaint and it appears that she voluntarily provided her card information to
initiate the transaction on the cards in question. We advised Ms. ** to contact
law enforcement. We will cooperate fully in the investigation. While we regret
that our products were used in this manner, the transactions themselves are not
fraudulent. In accordance with our normal procedures we reviewed the reload
pack as well as the receiving account. We found that both the reload pack and
the receiving accounts had been fully redeemed. We will remain willing to
assist law enforcement with the ongoing investigation and resolution of any
crimes which may have been committed. It is important to note that you should
never give your PIN to anyone.

We place a great deal
of importance on customer satisfaction and want to be sure that our customers
have a positive experience with our product. We regret the circumstances that
have led Ms. ** to contact our office. We will pledge our support in the
investigation and resolution of the matter and hope that she is able to recover
her losses. However, we are unable to reimburse her loss since the reload packs
were redeemed with Ms. **’s consent. Please call if you have questions or if I
may be of further service. I remain,

Sincerely,
