The incident described in this complaint occurred over a year ago, and at that time the situation was addressed through our Problem Resolution process that covers any disputes that may occur between a homeowner and service providerDuring that process, we were able to speak with both this
complainant and the contractor in question but were not able to mediate an amicable settlement or agreement between the two partiesAs such, we advised this complainant that should they have further concerns regarding the situation that it would be advisable for them to pursue the contractor through small claims court, local authorities, or other relevant agenciesOur company does not have the authority to force any contractor into any sort of settlement with the parties that hired them.At the time of the original dispute, we also published the review provided to us by this consumer, included in this complaint, that details their experience with the contractor in questionBy publishing both reviews we receive about contractors in our network, both positive and negative, we are ensuring that any potential customers are fully informed of past experiences from other homeowners prior to making their decision to hireAt this time we consider the the matter closed in regards to our company's involvement, but would again encourage the complainant to bring their concerns to the above mentioned agencies should they require further action

We have been in touch with this consumer regarding the concern listed in this complaint and were able to confirm all relevant contact information relating to this consumer's companyWe have placed that information on our Do Not Call list to prevent any further contact in the future and apologized
for any inconvenience that was experienced as a result of the unwanted contact from our company
As our records can confirm, our office made multiple attempts to reach this customer and left a message each time with no return correspondenceWhile there were also communications prior to this complaint, at this time no successful contact has been made as a direct result of itWe will continue our efforts to reach this customer and still look forward to resolving this situation on amicable terms

I misunderstood and clicked the wrong responce ive tried to contact home advisor on several occasions and the issue is still not resolved I would like the Revdex.com to continue in this manner
