As described by this customer in their complaint, our customer service department agreed to and has since processed the refund in question at the time it was requestedUnfortunately we simply do not have any means to accelerate this process and/or the time needed for those funds to be reflected in the customer's account but we can assure them that we have taken every step available to ensure the expedient completion of that processIn regards to the claims that this charge was levied without the customer's authorization, we will be further reviewing the situation as it relates to proper internal procedure and will pursue disciplinary action if appropriate

We have been in touch with this customer and were able to address their concernsWe found that the customer's concerns have remained consistent throughout their communications with us, and that there seems to have been some confusion regarding the account settings when their membership first beganTo rectify this situation, we have made the adjustment to the customer's desired settings, provided credit to their account, and are pleased to still count this customer as a valuable member of our network

Prior to receiving this complaint our customer service department was able to address and resolve this customer's concernsAt this time their account has been cancelled as requested with no further balance owed

Although we have not been in touch with this customer we would like to use this opportunity to inform them that their requested resolution has been provided.We would like to apologize for any frustration and/or confusion that may have resulted from our membership renewal process and to assure the customer that the balance in question has since been removedAt this time there is no further balance owed, there will be no future charges, and the account has been cancelled in full per the customer's request

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: A settlement was reached because I had no other choice....since then I have been harassed with multiple calls stating they can not process the refund (that is $short of what I paid) even though I have verified the account to put the money into different times and it is the last account they took money out of They admit to fraud and cheating me but wont give a the refund they promised (that is not satisfactory) They keep calling wanting to verify what account to put the money into and refuse to send a check I honestly have never dealt with a more corrupt company and have not received any settlement and honestly don't think they will follow thru How many times do I have to verify my account (three times now in three days) This is just plain and simple harassment and I am sick of it For my additional wasted time they should give me my additional $they refuse to refund They committed to $out of the $they took from me and I have not seen a dime This has now been going on for several months and I still have no action from them that resembles professionalism The same person that says a settlement was reached is the same person that called me again today to ask the same questions I verified the other day This is just a scam so the Revdex.com will close this I am at my end and if this isn't refunded soon I am going to proceed with filing a fraud charge with the Ohio Attorney General I am just sick of being harassed with call after call with no action I was also promised a call from Rockys manager so I could file an official complaint against him for an unauthorized cancellation of my account and that has never happened They admit to giving me the same lead from the same person three times and still charged me for itThis type of fraud occurred several times with my account For my comment to Home Advisor.....For once step up and do the right thing This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever dealt with in my life from a business......I can only imagine how many small business' this company has harmed Please give me all my money back (it is the only right thing to do at this point).....a settlement without them following thru is not a settlement This has been a game since day one with them I don't think I will ever see a dime from them What else can I say except if this were happening to any of them they would expect their money back........I cant keep having my business and personal life interrupted just to satisfy this little scam and game of theirs Sincerely, [redacted]

While we were able to reach this customer in an attempt to discuss this complaint, they informed us that they did not wish to discuss their concerns and did not want to be contacted any further. While we did make it clear that we would continue to be willing to discuss their concerns and work with... them regarding the charges on their account, at this time we have placed their account on our "Do Not Call" list and removed them from our network per their request.

We have made multiple attempts to reach this customer regarding this complaint but have not yet been successful in our effortsThe direct contact information of the party handling this complaint has been provided to them in multiple voice messages and we still look forward to bringing this matter to an amicable resolution

Prior to receiving this complaint we were able to make contact with this customer and resolve their concernsOur records indicated that prior to the charges in question, we had a live chat dialogue with the customer that included clarification that the customer's leads were not off indefinitely, but rather for a finite amount of timeThat being said, there was a remaining balance associated with the account that we have since cleared and have now cancelled their account in full as requestedWe would like to apologize for any undue confusion and or frustration that may have occurred during this process, would like to wish this customer and their company all the best moving forward, and at this time we are considering the matter closed

Since receiving this complaint our management team was able to contact this customer, address their concerns, and held a productive conversation regarding our service overallAs a result of that conversation extensive adjustments were made to the customer's account settings in order to better suit the customer's business needs, credit has been provided to their account, and at this time the customer remains an active member of our service network

Although we have not spoken to this customer directly, we have sent them communication by email to confirm that their requested resolution has been providedWe have apologized for any inconvenience and/or frustration that occurred as a result of this situation but hope that the resolution provided will allow us to conclude this matter on amicable terms

Given the nature of this complaint we have not reached out to this consumer but do have information to provide.Prior to receiving this complaint this consumer's information had been placed on our Do Not Call list, and at no time was there any activation of any membership that would have lead to his consumer being charged or having an active membership with our serviceWe would like to apologize for the unwanted contact that this customer received, we can assure them that there will not be any contact in the future, and we are at this time considering the matter as closed

We have been in touch with this customer regarding the concerns listed in this complaint, and while we were not able to reach an amicable resolution, we do have information to provideFirst and foremost, our company has never sold contact information of our network members to any third party solicitors as alleged by this customerWe explained to the customer that the increased visibility that comes with being listed in our directory will at times garner the attention of online advertising other companies, but that this is a risk inherent to being more visible to his potential customersWe also covered the details of our lead generation, the billing thereof, and clarified the original expectations set by our sales representativeDespite finding no evidence that improper expectations of our service were set by our employees and believing that the charges billed to the customer's account are valid, we did make a settlement offer to this customer in order to resolve their concernsThe customer rejected that offer, so while we are at this time considering the matter closed, our offer will remain on the table should the customer elect to reconsider

We have made multiple attempts to reach this customer regarding this complaint, but have not yet been able to contact themWe remain hopeful that we will be able to discuss the customer's concerns and reach an amicable resolution

As stated by this customer in their complaint, the account in question was in fact cancelled within hours and their refund ticket was submitted as requestedWhile we apologize for the delay in receiving their funds, we have since expedited the refund ticket in order to assure that the funds are reflected on the customer's credit card statement as soon as possibleAs this process is already underway and there is no further action to be taken we are considering this matter as closed
