reservations. If customer could provide any statement or information that he/she requested a hold and paid the service of $5, we will honor the customer the tickets again. A statement could be a Bank transaction statement of $5, or Copy of email conversation with our representative who agreed to hold the tickets, etc.Failed or refuse to provide above information, that we could not process any further action as the services were provided on schedule as what customer booked for. The ticketing company GoToBus.com was non-responsive when I called them multiple times after midnight attempting to figure out where the bus was arriving. Although the ticket stated 12:30am, I stood outside until 1:00am before I went into the hotel to charge my phone. I was stranded and had to call my mother then request a [redacted] driver and that was around 1:40am. Still no bus showed up. [redacted] is unprofessional is so is GoToBus.com. If a company sells tickets for buses past midnight there should be an operator available in case an incident occurs. They have done me no favors. They need to provide proof that the bus showed because I have proof of the times I called [redacted] AND GoToBus.com and received no answer. I have receipts of the 2 [redacted] rides I had to purchase in order to arrive to the location they provided. Even the [redacted] driver (female) was confused as to where the bus would arrive because it was a very dark area with no signs.If need be they can subpoena the hotel video footage to see that I was sitting in the lobby past 1:00am charging my cellphone waiting for the bus to arrive. Its not a matter of me missing a bus, since clearly I was where I was suppose to be, its the matter that [redacted] and GoToBus.com wont own up to their mistakes.  Regards,

Revdex.com:i called in on the 20th they claim there calls are not record and have no record of the call that information was never provided to me until now I feel cheated out of my money and feel they purposely left out that information to keep my money.

This is a fraudulant business that puts others in dangers.  My hope is that the attorney general steps in and shuts [redacted] Bus company down immediately to protect others in the future.  This was not safe nor was it what I paid for as GOTOBUS company promised.  I spoke to the hotel and they said I could cancel with full refund and they didn't even have a reservation in my name to begin with.  I demand a full refund.  I have already contacted a lawyer and the local news to try to get this company shut down.

I understand an increase in bus fare is an issue, but that is not THE issue HERE. The issue is, whether Gotobus operates the bus or not, you can see I have one way tickets on file already. WHY MUST I PAY AS IF I NEVER HAD PURCHASED A TICKET??? I bought two round trip tickets. Fine, tickets were 40, now they're 80. Fix it. My tickets were worth $40 each and now they're 80? That means I should have a $80 credit on file. THATS MY ISSUE. THIS IS NOT A NEW PURCHASE. And the fact remains I bought my tickets from Gotobus, not [redacted]. You truly need agents who know what date it is. I don't want this ticket for 164; I want it adjusted or I want my money back. YOUR agent told me I could reschedule.  Why would I RESCHEDULE for full ticket price???

Dear Uma [redacted],Thank you for being patents,We have confirmed and verified again with Tour operator L&L Travel. On 2017-05-23 Tue Tour operator have successfully operated 5 buses from the location as your group. This is a clear lack of transparency on your part. If I had read even one of my comments prior to booking, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

What I want back is the price of the ticket I you charged me by mistake (Boston-NY) because I just order NY-Boston. You charged me 10/30 10.30 NY-Boston and 10/30 10.30 Boston-NY. It is impossible to get both buses and it was not my fault, so I want my money back

Revdex.com:My reservation was canceled - when I called on January 31st - I got only the booking confirmation without any verbal notification  about your policy - you cancel my reservation without any reason - the trip was available on-line and no any warning that trip was unavailable. When I got a trip confirmation on January 31st - no any link to your policy. This is very bad service and very rude customer service.
