What's been stated by GM Financial about the specifics of my lease agreement terms are not in dispute and is the same exact response I've received following numerous other calls, emails, etcto the company...which directly avoids my point of contentionGM Financial showed a balance of $until we went to pay our April payment at which point it was then showing months dueWe immediately made payment at that timeGM Financial's failure to maintain and implement it's website, as other customers have complained about on this Revdex.com forum, was the direct cause of my payment being credited days past the day markWhat's most troubling after reaching out to the company numerous times regarding my frustrations, is their failure to acknowledge fault or take steps to correct this customer service error which is the actual violation of the Fair Credit Reporting ActHiding behind dates and not acknowledging a system that a customer has informed them was misleading, flies in the face of the fairness that the Act was intended to upholdI'm asking GM Financial to consider the entirety of the circumstances surrounding this March/April payment when determining if a late payment was indeed made as they are required to do under the FCRA.Regards, [redacted]

If this is truly the case, why did it take an entire month for you to say you need an official rejection letter from the DMV? They have no idea what you're talking about, by the wayYou have their contact info with the initial request I mailed to youSince you apparently think all of your customers are compulsive liars, please feel free to directly contact the Oregon DMV to verify they did not receive the titleI'll expect to hear back from you in another month...Also, still waiting on reimbursement for all the fees I've incurred due to your lack of response.Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because GM has full authority to change/correct a report made to credit bureaus that has severely impacted my credit standing and has also cost me thousands of dollars in interest, never mind all the interest that GM has made on my account over nearly yearsGM, like any good and responsible company, could devise exception / grace policies for longstanding customersMaking payments on time, paying off the note early, and attempting to make a payment online that did not go through should NOT result in this lame excuse for a resolution Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After numerous correspondence you have not answered my questions and after 5/hours on hold I know you do not answer your phoneEither the Revdex.com or you need to escalate this or perhaps the media or FL Attorney General can get my SIMPLE QUESTIONS ANSWERED Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? Per the Credit Reporting Agencies there is no law that states this claim.? Credit reporting to the agency is completely at the discretion of the agency reporting and their own internal policies.? Thank you for not helping out a customer in good standing with you.? You only show to prove that big business just wants the consumers money and care nothing for the consumer Regards, [redacted] ?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not see how paying 3/of the loan after one year still requires payments monthlyEspecially when vehicle has been totaled outAgain I will not be happy until my creeit report is fixedThis is not fair to the customer who did everything to resolve the loanIf credit report is not corrected I will continue to protest fees due Regards, [redacted] ***
