Good morning, [redacted]Initially when we were made aware of this issue you were experiencing, our representatives performed troubleshooting with you and escalated information for this issue over the appropriate teams in order to determine the cause of these orders not being able to process in our system. The information that came back from this research has proved inconclusive, however for the inconvenience our representative compensated you with a $50 Gift Card, which can be referenced under Order [redacted]Unfortunately, we are unable to force payment on your PowerUp Rewards Credit Card or override Comenity's hold on your credit card. GameStop has no control over this, as we are not a financial institution, nor do we have visibility or access to this information to provide aid. This information has been relayed on multiple accounts, and it has been heavily suggested to escalate further with Comenity in order to resolve this hold. Furthermore, we have thoroughly reviewed all calls made to our offices and all documentation left by our representatives that you have spoken with to verify the legitimacy of this offer for a $100 GameStop Gift Certificate, and records show that this was never mentioned or guaranteed. I reject the response because it took taking action outside of GameStop to get this partially resolved. I would have liked to get contacted by GameStop corporate offices instead of a regional manager. I still have issues that can only be fixed by them at that level. I have attempted to contact them direct, using phone and email with no success. I have attempted to contact Commenity Bank which issues the GameStop Credit Card I used for the transaction multiple times and had failed to make contact with any one. Customer service is lacking from the top and that not only reflects at the local level but is reason for it. They see that complaints go nowhere. I have yet to receive any response from GameStop when I contacted them directly. I emailed them again the same time I contacted the Revdex.com. I contacted them originally in November. This is who responded to me and has failed to get back to me:[email protected] In closing I feel that they responded do to the outside influence and not because they appreciate the customer and want to do right by them. Hello, I rejected this because I was promised the gift card several times and in not received in VIRTUALLY. I have emails stating the VIRTUALLY card is being sent but for some reason it's not being sent. I just want to move on, but again I did not receive the refund and I need it actually sent to my email

I don't know the exact date I can only say it was April 2014 because the second time I had to go back they never gave me the receipt back when they supposedly changed my info and made it right,which of course didn't happen. And for transaction information,not exactly sure what info that would be. But I paid for the subscription when I bought my Xbox One and the cost was either $9.95 or $9.99 plus tax and I paid for it with my Credit/Debit card. And the store location is [redacted]

Again, I Want the actually phone calls pulled up from September 22nd I used phone number [redacted] to call in and my phone number is [redacted]. I called in on September 22nd at around 1pm and was offered the refund plus bonus 50 dollar make good Gift card! Then when I did not receive it I called in September 30th in the afternoon. I Want the phone calls pulled up and I don't understand why the calls aren't being pulled up. I Want everyone to see how I'm being ripped off because I do know have my items nor my refund. This is completely unacceptable! I was told by a gentleman in the corporate office he was going to do this and I Want it posted on the Revdex.com that gamestop does not Care about it's guests and totally ripped me off! They don't Care I did not receive my items and I received a damaged package and the item slip but NO items in the package and after proving a refund was promised I'm being called a liar!
