Good afternoon, [redacted]I'm truly sorry to hear that you feel this way. While a significant portion of business revolves around trade ins from our guests, the trade program is designed around average transactions. Most guests do not have a high volume of the same item to trade in. While we understand that these were isolated transactions, that is the reason the system raised a flag and placed a temporary suspension on the account. Again, I am unsure as to why our store representative explicitly told you that you were blocked because the company found your transactions to be suspicious- that is absolutely not the case here and I'm incredibly sorry that they said that. That feedback has been escalated over to the district leader to be reviewed, as that information is completely inaccurate and also not appropriate by any means. The only reason the account was flagged was due to an automated system recognizing multiples of the same item being traded in within a short period of time.
