Customer bills $64.99/FIOS 100/data + taxes monthly The actual price of the Data service is $per month he gets $discount monthly Says he was offered $per month for the service and order was not put in He called back and was told the offer was not available There are advising of rate agent offered customer at the time of order negotiation I apologized for his inconvenience Offered to adjust the difference which is $for months a lump sum credit of $89.94($x 6) Mr [redacted] accepted offer The credit will appear on of the next billing statementsHe does understand that going forward he will bill $per month for the 100/FIOS Data Case Closed
Good Afternoon,This issue has been resolved Customer was doing a service change during the transition to Frontier This caused some of the credits promised by VZ not to show up As a Customer Relations gesture, I issued a credit of $to the customer's account Future bills will give the customer the credits she was promised Customer is satisfied with Frontier's resolution Thank YouSerena J [redacted]
