Trying to get a refund. Ordered on October 10th, date got moved and then moved to Dec. 8th. Only got an email for the 1 so I went and waited for a half an hour in case they were running late and they were a no show. Not answering message or phone message. Never got back to me in October either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! No have to wait for the refund from my chicken. Have put in a dispute with my credit card company, hopefully that will resolve this situation. Fresh Farms sure isn't doing anything, except keeping my money. Wish I could leave negative stars

Have not received meat ordered at scheduled delivery times, no communication from company, want $$ refunded
I ordered 40 lbs of chicken , 40 lbs of hamburger and 15 of bacon last summer, and the delivery date has changed multiple times. Their communication is poor. A couple times I only found out about the change in delivery date by looking up the dates on their site and seeing it had changed. I was promised to FINALLY get my meat yesterday, and no truck showed up. You cannot get through on their phone line, which is always busy. I want refunded the money I paid. Now their site shows delivery in my area ***, which will be several months from the original delivery date. I sent them an email yesterday. I got a reply that they would get back to me in 7-10 days. I want a refund now!

This company needs to be investigated by their states ***. After repeatedly having my meat delivery date pushed back I finally challenged the charge with my bank. The excuses were always different but a main excuse was trucking issues. I find that laughable as they share a physical address with a trucking company. This company is conducting business fraudulently and should be avoided at all costs! Wish I could leave zero or even negative stars

Trying to deal with this company has left us NOTHING but frustration. We ordered fruit on August 20th 2019. We weren't getting it. We called and their answering machine said that they were out of the donut peaches, pluot plums, and Washington nectarines. Soon the excuses started. They couldn't refund our card; because they changed over to a new system. Then the lady that issues the checks was out sick. Then, due to the holidays they were too busy to process our refund. So, now it is December 10th. Their latest e-mail told us to dispute the charge with our credit card company. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY WOULD TELL YOU TO DO THAT! It was past the 90 day dispute window; but our card company was willing to help us. We had to cancel my wife's card due to fraud. So, instead of fruit; trying to do business with them cost us money, time, and grief. Fresh Farms USA should be investigated. What they did to us was absolute fraud. Took our money, didn't deliver the product, and then didn't process a refund. For the record, I can prove everything I've said here. We have e-mails from Fresh Farms and dates we contacted them by phone.

This customer filed a dispute with her card company and was refunded through them. She has been fully refunded.

Product was not delivered, is no longer available, but I've been waiting for a refund for 3 months.
Placed an order (and paid) for rainier cherries on ***. Order number is ***. The truck delivery date was changed multiple times with no communication whatsoever. It went from *** to the first week of *** to *** to ***...and then was finally cancelled as the cherries were no longer available. I wasn't even told that my order could not be fulfilled until I asked. On ***, I requested a refund and was told via email (also on ***) that the refund could take up to 14 business days. As I hadn't heard anything, I followed up on ***. Got a response on *** that my refund had gotten stuck in processing and they would get it done ASAP. Reached out again on *** since I still had not received any update. I was told on *** that it was still pending. As of ***, there has been no additional communication regarding when I can expect my refund. It has been exactly 3 months since I first requested the fund.

***, ordered meat for $***. The money was immediately deducted from my debit account. Delivery date scheduled for ***. Phoned company to inquire about confirmation email. Confirmation number provided to me.
Delivery date changed to ***. Sent email to company for clarification. Delivery date changed to ***. Delivery date And location changed to ***. On ***, spoke to *** at the company. Said I didn't want to wait that long for the meat. He said I would get the money refunded to me in the form of a check, as they weren't equipped to refund via bank debit. He sent an email confirming this. After waiting 3 weeks for the check, called and spoke with another man, as *** no longer worked there. He said the company was backlogged due to weather problems and personnel issues. Said the check was in line to be processed. I said that if the check didn't come before the scheduled delivery, that I would just pick up the meat. He sent a confirmation email to that effect. On ***, I checked the website to make sure the delivery was still scheduled for the ***, only to see that it had been rescheduled for ***.
Attempts to call the company are fruitless, as the line stays busy. The order number is ***.

I would like a refund of the money I spent on a product I never received. $

I prepaid for an order of meat to be delivered in ***. After 2 schedule changes I asked for refund and 2 months later still waiting for my money.
I prepaid $*** in *** to have hamburger delivered on ***. We went to pickup spot only to find out that pickup had been changed to ***. Went back on *** (again no truck) - to go home empty handed and find out delivery was changed to ***. Called and spoke with manager, who told me he would process my refund. Contacted business week before *** to be told it hadn't been processed. I requested that it be processed immediately, they said they would put me at top of list (asked to speak to manager but was told nobody was available). It is now *** and I still haven't gotten my money back and all emails tell me they are busy because of holidays and it could take some time to process and if I want my money I should contact credit card company. Very poor business practices and it only took them 24 hours to take my money, it shouldn't take months to get my money back. (I don't have a money tree in my backyard which allows me to prepay for groceries I can't feed my family)

I don't understand why I should have to get my money from someone else? I don't feel this is a very reputable company.

Desired Outcome

I just want my refund to purchase my meat elsewhere in a timely manner. I don't want in store credit (since I won't shop there again) and I don't want to wait months for it - cut a check and put in mail.

I finally went to my credit card company, I do not however feel this is the appropriate way to run a business and they should be forced to do better. Had I waited any longer and not had documentation for the cc company, they would have hit a timeline that I wasn't able to dispute anymore. Unless that is the businesses thought so they don't have to give the money back

I ordered from this company about a year ago and had a great experience. I then placed another order and the delivery was delayed and I asked for a refund and recieved it promptly. This time I ordered a delivery for chicken on ***. It was to be delivered at a location in *** the ***. It was delayed and delayed again. Because this time was not going to work, and because I asked for a refund on ***. After they tried to keep my money - give store credit, I said no, I wanted my money back. On ***, they said they would refund me. On ***, I had not had my refund and emailed them again. I received an email 10 days later, ***, saying that they did see my refund request in the queue (over 30 days!') but they tried to get me to accept the delivery that is "suppose" to happen *** in ***. I really do not want their product but feel that I'm not going to get my money so I reluctantly said I'd wait for the *** delivery - which I hope will not be delayed. If it is, I will insist on a refund and not wait. This business is ***! I will not order from them again! Their practices are unacceptable. People should we aware!

Do not buy anything from this company. They are a scam. I ordered 40 pounds of hamburger with a delivery date and place to be announced later. They never announced and kept putting me off when I would call. They kept $109.60 and gave me a phony story that they couldn't pay me back but they could give me an in store credit. After dealing with no communication and company put off, I called ***.

I love getting products from Fresh Farms. I don't understand why people are saying all these things about Fresh Farms. There were times when they had to postpone their deliveries, but they always informed us with an email. And when calling customer service, the phones are picked up quite fast. I'm very speechless that there is bad reviews for this company. Keep you heads up Fresh Farms! We love what you are doing here!

Bait and Switch!! Sells products they don't have, won't refund, only offers "in store credit"..

Order cancelled by me but they claimed they could not refund me my money
I placed an order with Fresh Farms to be picked up in *** On ***. The day before picking up the order I doubled checked the time only to find out *** was no longer listed as a delivery date. I contacted Fresh Farms and they indicated there were some items they could not obtain in time for this delivery date so the next deliver would be ***. I asked to have my order cancelled as this date would not work for me and they did not notify me of the change. After several emails they finally informed me they cancelled my order and was processing my refund. When I did not get my refund I contacted them again and they said it was too late for them to do a refund and said I needed to dispute it with My credit card company. I disputed It with my credit card company and they have tried to contact Fresh Farms to verify I cancelled the order. Fresh farms will not respond to my credit card company to complete my dispute and verify I never received their product and my charge should be reversed. I do not believe them when they say they only have a limited time to process refunds and I cancelled my order before the original delivery date but they took weeks to respond.

I would like them to notify *** that the order had been cancelled and I am due the $*** I have disputed.

My credit card company has given me credit for the product but they too could not get a response from this company. People should know this company is not a good company to do business with. They change delivery dates without notification, do not respond to you when you cancel orders I have email from them but am not home to be able to send them to you but can do that when I get home on Sunday. On *** I was charged $*** for chicken breasts that have never been delivered. I contacted the company on *** for a refund that I don't have
I ordered chicken breast in *** that was to be delivered by truck in the summer months.I contacted the company the first week of *** to see why I had not received a delivery time. They asked that I hold off for a few more weeks and they would send me a delivery schedule where I would pick up my chicken breast. I never heard anything from them. So on *** I contacted the company and asked for my money to be returned. I have contacted the company multiple times since that *** date to inquire why I have not received my refund. I have been told that they changed payment processors and I would not be able to get a refund via my checking account. The last time I called I was told that I would be receiving a check as my refund. That has been over a month ago and I still have not received any money back that I paid in late ***. I prepaid for 40 pounds of chicken that was supposed to be non GMO, pasture raised. Received very questionable chicken.
I prepaid for 40 pounds of non-GMO, pasture raised chicken for delivery on ***. I picked up my delivery on *** and the next day, using my ***, packed my chicken for individual meals. As I opened the first package, I noticed the breasts were rather large and thick. This is usually what I see if I bought cheap grocery store chicken (factory farmed). I stopped buying factory farmed chicken when the texture started to change. As I was packaging up my individual meals, I had to slice one chicken breast lengthwise into 2 to 3 slices. Each slice was the approximate size of a natural chicken breast. So for each breast Fresh Farms sold me, I had a whole family meal. There was something just not right here. Then we used our third packet of chicken from Fresh Farms and there is was, that nasty texture. Now I knew I had purchased something less than what Fresh Farms advertised. The back and forth with our emails after I complained pretty much left me feeling that they didn't think I was telling the truth. They swear the chicken isn't enhanced, but maybe the food they feed them is. I don't know exactly why the chicken is super large and the texture is nasty, but I know I don't want to eat it. I asked them what they were going to do to make the situation right, and that is when the emails stopped. I sent them several asking what are they going to do, and still have not received any emails letting me know. Filing a claim is the only other thing I know to do. When I buy nonGMO chicken from the local grocery store, the breasts measure and inch to an inch and one half. There chicken breasts were 3 to 4 inches. Something isn't right. I feel mislead by their advertising.

I mainly would like my money back and they can have their chicken back. It would also be good for them to change their advertising of how healthy their chicken is and that the chickens are out roaming the pasture. I honestly do not believe that is the case.

We received beef with hair in it and they wouldn't issue a credit or refund.

They also took money and charged us for goods not yet received.
They took money on *** for chicken. Then delayed the arrival not once but twice to ***.

Store Credit. I want them to be reprimanded that you can't take money from someone's account with delivering the product. They also need to clearly state their refund/credit process. Just because the purchase of beef was in *** and the hair was found in *** doesn't make it okay. Now we are out the money as nobody wants to risk eating the beef again after finding hair in two separate packages.

We partner with *** in ***, a USDA inspected facility. We don't process any meat at our business. We rely on our partners for that. The ground beef comes in sealed 10lb chubs. Customer would have repackaged it herself to freeze. If there was any hair in the ground beef, it was through no fault of Fresh Farms. She picked up the beef in *** and called us in late ***. She stated they found 2 hairs in the chili they made in *** which is 6 months after getting the beef.

Company will not return emails, no phone number available, will not refund for items never received.
I purchased fruit from this company at their truck on ***. Part of my order was inedible. I contacted customer care right away on *** after reaching out through *** initially. The company has NO phone number listed. I received no response by email, so I reached out again on *** on ***. They told me to email a different email address with the issue. I once again emailed the company on *** explaining my issue. Three days later, they finally responded saying they would offer "store credit." I said that was fine on ***. On *** they emailed saying I would receive a code for the "store credit" within 5-10 days. I never received anything. I followed-up once again on *** asking for the code. They finally responded on *** with a code for a $*** credit to use toward more produce. I placed another order on *** utilizing the credit AND spending another $*** for an order that was supposed to be delivered to a store location in *** on ***. The day before the delivery date, I checked their website to make sure I had the correct time and location and the delivery date was no longer listed as upcoming. I reached out on *** on *** asking about delivery dates/locations. I heard nothing back on ***. So, I emailed them on *** as the next delivery date was set to be ***. I did not hear back from them until *** with "apologies" and a statement saying my fruit was no longer available and they could offer me another "store credit." I asked on *** what fruit was still available and when the next deliveries would be. I heard nothing back once again. I emailed on *** stating that I wanted my money back. On *** they replied saying they could help me with a store credit. I replied on *** indicating I did NOT want a store credit. I wanted a full refund of my money. I heard nothing back and on *** I emailed them stating I was tired of being ignored and that if I did not have a refund by the end of the week that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. As of today's date, ***, I have received NO further communication from them.

They will not stop spamming me via text. They bought *** customer list after they folded and are trying to get their money's worth. I never opted into their spam and I can't opt out.

Warning!!!! Doing business with this company will bring frustration, loss of money, and no product and little to no communication with this company! I ordered 40lbs of beef and 40lbs of chicken to be picked up October 31. I noted the date and time on my calendar. The morning of pick up I went to verify time and was planning on arriving early. I was beyond shocked when I saw that they did not only change the time but the date....to the date prior (Oct 30th). I quickly went to my emails to see if I had been notified of this change and there was no communication of this change. No email! No text! They have all my information!! I have called and been put on hold only for the call to time out and mailbox full. Finally spoke with someone after calling 5x that day for them to say "we are sorry it is not our policy to refund if you missed a pickup" ð??³ Sent emails with a response that it is not their policy to refund but I can pick up my meat 2 months later. Asked repeatedly for a phone call from someone and nothing!!!
I finally spoke with someone yesterday and explained my frustration but he was new and could not help me but would look into it for me. Today I received yet another email with no resolve!
I warn you! Read the other reviews! I wish I had before I gave them $320!!

Ordered product, no confirmation of order, delivery date changed without notice by over a month. Requested refund to CC on ***. No refund.
I placed an order for chicken on ***. After several days of not receiving a confirmation of order I called. This was to be for a delivery with a specific date, *** to which I had to drive 60 miles each way. On *** I called because I still had no confirmation. Was told the delivery date had been changed to sometime in ***. I cancelled the order at that point. Was told by *** that it would take 14 days to process refund. I called again on ***, more than 14 days later, and spoke to ***. All she would say was that they were "behind" in processing refunds. I sent two or three emails. Received two responses but no promise or guarantee of refund. Tried to call again on *** and no one ever answered the phone. I am now filing this complaint and disputing the charge through my credit card company. The amount of the order was *** through my *** credit card.

I am answering with a qualified "no". That is because the answer is not clear from the business. Yes, I did dispute the charge with the CC company. And they gave me a provisional credit. So if Fresh Farms credited the card company back the money they had from the card company, then, yes, the complaint is resolved. If Fresh Farms still has money from the card company then, no, it is not. I was made whole by the CC company on the premise they would be able to get the funds back from Fresh Farms. If that was accomplished, then consider this resolved.
