I just received a text, seemingly from ***, saying that my *** Prime was discontinued and needed information. Including my birth date and social security number. I called the number that it was sent from and it came from Fresh Farms--this company. Criminals. Federal. I live in Michigan.
I have requested to cancel my order and receive refund, but am not getting a refund, and no expected time frame for the refund.
I ordered fruit on June 2nd to be picked up at their delivery location, but have been unable to pick up as they have not been at the designated delivery location and time due to their truck not being at the location at the proper time. I then requested a refund on June 22nd via email, but didn't hear a response so I called them on June 25th and was told that the refund would take up to a week to process. July 6th I emailed again since I did not get the refund at that point, and got no response so I called on July 10th, and was told there was nothing else I could do and that the person I was talking with submitted to the proper person for the refund and that they would get it done when they could with expected time frame as to when that would happen.
I would like to have my $*** refunded.

I ordered chicken breasts on 10/9/19 for ***. Typically, they send an "Order Received" e-mail message stating where to pick up. They did not send one for this order.
I called them multiple times, but could not get through. They finally responded to one of my e-mail messages on May 26, 2020. They had me fill out a web form outlining my complaint, which I did. I have heard nothing back since then.

I made a peach cobbler. It was delicious. Sammy was great at the truck. Will be back for apricots when you are in town.
Arrived at the truck and purchased six boxes, salsa and pecans. Best salsa I've had in my life. First time customer and will be telling my friends and family about this great service. Five stars to the customer service at the truck who were a wife and husband and very pleasant.

I ordered over $200 of meat last year for a fall delivery date. Delayed delivery with promise of future delivery. Never happened. I've been requesting a refund since February of 2020, have filled out the form as requested by Irina's plea of understanding and promise to get the refund to me. It's now July and still no refund. When you email, you get the same response of returning your message as soon as possible, along with a link to their delivery schedule. The link does not work. They have never once contacted me back despite countless emails. If you call, you wait on hold endlessly. You can't leave a voice message for a call back either because their voicemail says it's full, and then the line disconnects.
The parking lot was a little too small but was conveniently located. Had a good experience with my pick up and will be back again.
Have requested a refund and submitted the appropriate paperwork and now cannot get a response from the company.
We placed 2 separate orders with this company last year, May 21, 2019 and September 26, 2019, and they kept changing the delivery dates. After waiting almost a year, I requested a refund via several emails and and finally received a response dated 5/2/20 stating we needed to submit a form for the refund, which I did with all the exact dates and information for the two orders and then never heard anything else from them. I sent them a followup email dated 5/26/20 and they still have not answered or followed up with my husband who's email is on the order forms. They do not answer their phones either.
We are wanting our money refunded for the 2 separate orders that total $***.
This company is a total scam and should be ashamed of themselves!! I pre ordered Strawberries in February and they cancelled the truck. Sent an email stating that refunds would be completed within 30 days. It is now June 15 and I have no refund. They reply to my emails about once a month saying that they are "sorry" the refund hasn't been completed and will get right on it. They haven't done a thing!! My credit card company is disputing the payment. And they are still pre selling product today!!! Product that they will not deliver because over 70% of the fruit crops in the US were destroyed by the late freezes!! They are taking our money and keeping it to run their business!! Too bad you have to click at least one Star on the rating because I would prefer not to even click one!!
Ordered chicken went to drop off no truck. Did this twice. They never refunded my money either. Scam artists for sure.
The strawberry shipment to *** was cancelled. I was told my $*** refund was started on March 13, 2020. I've yet to recieve my refund.

How many boxes of strawberries did you pre-order?
I ordered two. I really appreciate any help. I've emailed 3 times about the refund. I got a response after my first email saying it may take up to 30 days. I didn't get a response after the second or the third email. The third one was just a day or two ago though.
I was offered fruit in exchange but declined. I called the office 6/5 at 11:36. On hold 10 minutes, mailbox full, couldn't leave message, Cory said busy moving to new building. No further contact from them.
Full refund of my $*** and a full refund for Darcy *** for $*** who ordered for the same shipment and hasn't received her refund either.

Their response was sent a day past the deadline and was simply a canned response. It didn't address the issue at all. I've been told 3-4 times the refund department was being notified and still no action has been taken. I still expect a full refund of my $*** order and a full refund for Darcy *** $*** order. Multiple complaints of not getting refunds have been filed against this company. They shouldn't be allowed to continue to cheat customers.
This issue is now resolved. Cory *** with The Fruit Truck offered me free fruit to make up for not getting a cash refund. He offered me this option early on but I didn't want to take it since we didn't know when another truck would be scheduled for my area. When I messaged him again after not getting a response from my Revdex.com complaint, he agreed to trade for fruit. It just so happened a truck was scheduled to be in my area in 2 days. Not only did he approve a trade, he also threw in more fruit to make up for the inconvenience. He offered my friend, who was out $*** from the cancelled strawberry order, a like deal. In all of my dealings with Cory *** he has been respectful, focused on solving the problem and apologetic. The Fruit Truck is lucky to have him. He sent me a message to give to the truck driver and he contacted his supervisor and the driver to ensure this transaction went smoothly. He wanted to me message him when I got the fruit so he knew the issue was resolved. Cory *** has been great to work with and, hopefully, the managers/owners of The Fruit Truck will follow his lead.
Ordered fresh strawberries in February and now June they haven't refunded my order. There is not a phone number listed on their site and they have only responded to 2 emails saying the refund will take 30 days. DO NOT PREORDER FROM THEM!
I placed an order for bacon on September 2019 and was told the order would come on December.Well it's May 2020 and still have not gotten order and can't get anyone on phone.Do not order from this company.
Tipped off. I placed 3 different orders in August, September and October of 2019.
I never received anything. I contacted them multiple times to get status updates and was assured everything would be delivered April 2020. Here we are now - no site, no FB presence and it looks like they're completely out of business. I've wasted over $450.
Scam scam scam.
I was a citrus supplier for this company when they called themselves the ***. I shipped them a full truck load of fresh citrus from California. When my fruit got to South Dakota, they told me that every box on the truck was bad and that they had to dump most of it and that I would have to give them a deep discount on my invoice. I was shocked, thinking there was actually something wrong with my fruit. We ship 12-14 full truck loads a week to chainstores and wholesalers nationwide and have been doing so for 30 + years. We are 3rd and 4th generation growers, packers and shippers and take great pride in our fruit and do a great job. I discounted my invoice and then they still did not pay me for another 90 days! These people are scammers and I should have filed a lawsuit against them along with all of the other grower lawsuits that they have against them. I just wasn't up for a fight, so I cut my losses and moved on. This Irena ***, the owner represents herself like she is good midwestern girl who grew up in the logistics industry. She is nothing but a scammer. They keep changing their business name and I just cannot understand why this crooked company is not shut down permanetly shut down. Why are they allowed to keep opening back up under different names?? They have been ***, The ***, My ***, Fresh Farms USA amongst others. Someone please shut these crooks down once and for all!
I ordered bacon on 4/12/19. MANY, MANY, MANY delays. End result I never got the bacon. I was charged $64.35. My order number is 29457. I did get shrimp, chicken and hamburger from this company. Loved them all. I really thought this was going to be a good company. I kept hearing they were delayed due to weather in other states. How can I get my money back?
I placed an order for chicken breast in August 2019, and have not received them as of March 19, 2020. I have emailed, placed phone calls, asking for a refund of $82.99 and have not received it.
I will not do any business from this company. I can't even rate this business because it is so Poor!
If you are thinking about using Fresh Farms USA to order anything, do NOT do this.
I decided to give them a try after*** closed and this new business started to email me. I ordered chicken breast and bacon. They accepted my order On 11/28/19, processed my payment, and I patiently awaited the delivery date. They were a no show, no communication, and no one available to answer their phone on the delivery date. I waited for 2 hours in the Kmart parking lot and I sent them an email. They emailed back 4 days later and said that it was postponed and the truck would be there that Saturday.
That Friday someone replied to another email of mine and told me the truck was already in ND and I would be notified via a text if there were any further delays. On Saturday I went to Minot, again, and waited for another 2 hours for them not to show. Again, the phone number associated with them did not work. I emailed and asked for a refund. 4 days later I was told my refund was being processed. 7 days later I asked the status and was again told it was being processed and could take up to 14 days. Day 15 I emailed again and today I received an email from them stating that they cannot process refunds.
I'm working with my credit union through the dispute charges process but, It is now March 17, 2020 and I am still waiting for my full refund.

I have not received the meat I ordered after the delivery schedules were changed several times with no notification and then a refusal to refund money
On April 16, 2019 I ordered 40 lbs of beef (order# ***), which I was unable to pick up so my delivery was rescheduled. I ordered some chicken breasts on August 22, 2019 (order# ***) for ***. I was told via email that meat orders were pushed back into September. According to their website the orders were to be available for pick up on October 22nd. I went to the delivery site at the time posted and there was no delivery truck. I then went on October 28th again per their website schedule and again no one was there. When I have tried to reach this company by phone either there was no answer or else it would go directly to voicemail but which no way to leave a message. I have been trying to communicate by email with them with no more definite delivery schedules. I asked for my money to be refunded in December. On December 23rd Fresh Farms told me that they had canceled my orders but their refunds were taking longer than usual. I waited until January 24th and asked again for a refund. I was told ina return email that "due to changing card processing systems for our online orders, we are not able to refund you currently. Our options are: 1. You dispute the transaction with your card company due to merchandise not received. We can accept disputes, but we cannot refund back to your card." The second was to issue me a credit for future order or I could wait until they were able to deliver my order. Neither of these were acceptable since I have no way to order with a credit and no indication on their website of anymore meat deliveries. And I did try to file a dispute with my credit card company but I was told that it had been too long for me to register a dispute. So I am out $***.
At this point I would like my refund of $*** since I have lost all confidence in this company being able to actually deliver the meat I ordered or a substitution.

I ordered chicken breasts and bacon from them, order #***, and was charged $*** on ***. Delivery was supposed to be available on ***, but without notification the delivery schedule was pulled from their site, sometime after my order was placed.
I sent an email inquiry on *** about the delivery, and did not get a reply, so I followed up with a phone call and was told the delivery would be rescheduled. On *** I received a reply to my email that delivery was moved to ***, but a day, location, or time could not be provided.
I followed up with multiple emails through *** and was not able to get a confirmed delivery date. In a *** email I offered to drive to their location to pick up my order and was told I was welcome to do that, but they did not have any chicken breasts available, so my wait continued. *** was the last correspondence I have received from them. Although the online schedule had been updated with a *** delivery date so I assumed, at minimum, I would receive my order on that date. Some time in late ***/early *** a sister company, MyFruitTruck, appears to have been started and the previous delivery schedule for FreshFarms was replaced with fruit deliveries and no longer listed the *** meat delivery. On *** I sent an email requesting a full refund if my order could not be fulfilled... to date, no reply. On *** I messaged Maggie *** (admin for the MyFruitTruck ***) and asked about the new company name and the delivery schedule now only showing fruit. She replied on *** the two companies were operating separately, meats would still be handled through FreshFarmsUSA and fruit would be through MyFruitTruck. Her reply is now marked as having been temporarily removed needing verification.
Today, ***, I sent another email requesting a full refund for the $*** that was charged to my account for product that could not, and has not, been delivered.
At this point I am looking for a full refund of $***. I have been patient and tried to work with them on alternatives, but their lack of communication confirms the seeking of a full refund to be the best course of action.
