I ordered 80 pds of chicken in *** and they've never delivered my chicken. Finally gave me a date and time of delivery but didn't show up.
I ordered 80 pds of chicken in *** and they've never delivered my chicken. Never emailed to tell me where my delivery location would be. I finally got ahold of them and they gave me another delivery date and location and said they would email me a reminder of delivery. They Never emailed me a reminder and They didn't show up with my delivery. I have emailed them and they responded by saying it would take 7-10 to respond to my email??? I've tried calling the number on their web sight and it drops my calls every time. They owe me $*** worth of Chicken.
I'd like my money refunded because they've never delivered on the product they promised 5 months ago.
I believe they have gone out of business. Ordered $200+ of meat with delivery supposed to be in Oct 2019, got pushed back to Dec 2019 (were notified of this), then was pushed to April 2020 (no notice given of this change). When we tried to contact customer service, no answer, got busy signal and call failed. Avoid at all costs!
Never received my order and they refuse to issue me a refund. SCAM!

Do not order from this company. Ordered in April 2019 never delivered items. Asked for refund in Oct. 2019 as of 12.20.19 No refund. told me to handle it with my credit card company.

I cancelled a $*** meat order. I emailed and called seeking the refund several times over 3 months. I was always assured it was coming. No refund.
I ordered $*** worth of meat on *** on the web-site. Due to delivery issues, I cancelled the order via email ***. My order number is *** for 15 lb. bacon, 1 case of boneless skinless chicken breasts, 40lb. 93/7 Lean Ground Beef. I paid via credit card. I emailed *** to verify they received the cancellation. I supplied them my order number per their request via email on ***. On ***, I received an email response stating my refund was currently being processed by ***. I emailed *** asking where the refund was. No response so I called my credit union a couple of days later to help get the funding. I was told they only could do that up to 60 after the order was placed. I emailed again *** and on the *** they responded as follows:
"Hello Janette,
Your refund has been sent to our refund department, They are behind but are working hard on getting it processed, IF you would like you could reach out to your bank to get the refund as I can not give you a time frame, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I emailed them back on *** stating I had already tried that but it was now too late. I emailed today, *** to let them know I was going to fill out a Revdex.com complaint.
During all this time I have made several phone calls with the usual result being a busy signal or a voice message stating to leave a message, but the system was full and could not take any more calls. During one call where I actually reached a person, I was told the woman who handles refunds had been very sick and had not been to work for weeks and since they were a small company things were backing up.
I have tried to call four times the past 2 days and I just get a busy signal thus the email regarding the Revdex.com I sent today.
I simply want my refund of $*** ASAP.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM - IT IS A SCAM! And you will be out the money! I placed an order in September for 40 pounds of chicken, which was supposed to arrive on October 29th. As the date approached, I did get an email that announced there was an issue and there would be a delay, therefore, it would not again be in our area until December 18th. Then, I no longer received any emails, no updates of any kind, and you cannot reach anyone by phone. I sent an email, and a 'chat' but no response. When December 18th arrived, I drove to the location anyway, and sure enough, no one showed, and the phone just has a busy signal. There were other people there waiting for their orders as well, who were also furious. I urge Revdex.com to do something about these thieves. And I urge anyone who fell victim to contact your bank, and your credit card company.

An ititial order was placed via internet to Fresh Farms USA *** order # *** for 40# 93/7 Lean ground beef at price of $***, tax $*** = $***. Numerous phone calls as well as visits to the *** had office. There I was told on every visit/call there was a date change due to supplier distribution. I was told the supplier was out of ***.
I can not estimate the number of calls made to Fresh Farms of car visits made. It's almost like I know staff by face and they recognize me.
On this date I went to the office, discovered half the room used for office staff missing computers, phones and personnel. A small grocery area set up in another area off the office area was lacking most of their prior products as if they were downsizing or going out of business. No offer for refund was made,in store credit, just a reply from staff they didn't know anything and no management available or around to get an answer to questions.
I believe this is a bait and hook type or fraudulent situation. My credit card has been charged, due to time frame I am unable to file a dispute - due in part to being misled by Fresh Farms USA.
Full financial refund in form of cash or means assured of money being in an account for myself .

This company doesn't deliver on their promise. I'm out nearly $300. They won't refund saying it's an instore credit or a new date to pick up. They just keep postponing the date and hold the money. No notifications when they don't show up. Beyond frustrating.
I prepaid for an order of chicken in April. Now at the end of December 2019, I have yet to receive any product. They have continuously pushed back the delivery date, most recently without notification. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to customer service, Fresh Farms refuses to issue a refund. This situation is disgusting.

Do not order from this company! I ordered 40 lbs. of chicken from Fresh Farms USA and have never received my product. I have never gotten an email or text letting me know that my shipment was delayed. The company did email me back when I said the truck wasn't there and gave me store credit, but the next delivery date, the truck wasn't there either. Both times I checked the delivery schedule the morning before delivery and the date had been changed to a date in the following three months, but never received notification of the change.
Placed 2 orders in ***. They never delivered on them so I cancelled them in *** and asked for a refund. No refund and no ETA for one.

The company kept pushing back the delivery dates and on *** I called the company to cancel my order and request a refund. I was informed that it would take approx. 14 business days to get the check.
On *** I called the company again because I hadn't received a check. I was informed that they had no idea when checks would be sent and that there was nobody else there that I could talk to. The woman I spoke to suggested emailing the company and disputing the charges with my credit card company.
I sent an email that day and received a response on *** stating the same things as my phone conversation: they had no idea when they would send a check and I could dispute the charges.
I disputed the charges with my credit card company on *** but was informed that too much time had passed and there was nothing that could be done by them.
The email from Fresh Farms on the *** indicated that they were going to make the meat delivery to my area on *** and that I could go pick up my order. There was no delivery on the ***.
I sent another email on *** requesting a definitive date for my refund check to sent. I received a response on the *** stating that they had no idea when they could send a check.
I want a refund of $***.
Stole $125 from me.

I ordered & paid for 40 lbs. fresh chicken breasts back on *** & 40 lbs ground beef on *** & delivery dates continue to be pushed back.
*** - I ordered 40 lbs fresh, boneless chicken breasts from Fresh Farms to be delivered *** ($***). On *** I placed an order for 40 lbs. of 80/20 ground beef (***), which was to be delivered on the same date as the chicken in ***. Then delivery date was changed to ***. I've received NO notification that there will be a delivery of my products tomorrow, Wednesday, ***. So I have tried calling their business and all I get is a continuous, fast, busy signal (similar to a disconnected phone). I did send an email to find out if delivery was going to actually take place this time. I received an automated response indicating due to high volume of emails it will take 7-10 days to respond. So I went to their website to look at the posted delivery date for our area... it's been changed to ***!!!! There has been ZERO communication with regard to ANOTHER 3 month delay!!! The lack of communication, the constant busy signal and continually delaying delivery is unacceptable. They've had my money for that initial order in *** (***) for four (4) months. Most people have budgets that we need to live within. I did not expect continual delays, phone avoidance, etc.
I check my emails daily, as well as my spam... there's been nothing indicating the rescheduling of the delivery to the *** date!
I would like all my money refunded immediately. There is something fishy is going on with this business... we used to be able to post and comment on our state specific groups on ***, that's no longer possible... it's like all communication has been cut, but they continue to advertise to suck in new customers.

Placed order 7 months ago, paid for it and have not received it. Tried calling company and get no answer either phone or email.
I placed an order for Chicken and Beef on *** with the understanding it would be delivered in ***, then it was ***, then ***. I paid for this order with my *** card. I finally got the chicken in ***. When I picked up the chicken the gentleman at the pick up site said the beef would be delivered in ***, Fresh Farms website stated ***. I have received no emails, from them stating that the ground beef would be delivered on that date, so I checked the website and found that the next delivery is ***. This is ridiculous and so I have been trying to contact the company via phone for three days now and all I get is a busy signal that rings 5 times and the phone goes dead. I have also tried to reach them via email and have received no response. I want a refund of my money and want them to credit my acount. They are terrible about letting folks know about their deliveries and I have no intention of ever ordering from them again. My order number is *** and it was placed on ***. This company doesn't answer phone calls or emails. I just want a refund.
Please credit the amount of the Ground Beef that I payed for an have never received back to my *** Credit Card.
Failed to delivery product, no communication, deletes *** comments that reflect badly on them
Ordered chicken from them and they have failed to deliver 3 times now with no communication. No refund is offered. Have disputed on their *** page with other scammed customers and the comments and concerns we have made have been deleted. They must have a good lawyer because their "service agreement" states that they can change delivery at anytime.
Refund for the products purchased but never delivered
Delivery truck did not show up at designated location. Cannot get a call through to their office, just get a busy tone.
I placed order # *** on *** for bacon. Paid with my credit card. Received notice that my order was processing. Very little communication from the company regarding delivery except for fruit orders that did not pertain to me. I sent emails inquiring about delivery status on ***, *** and *** and got no response. I finally reached them by phone on the *** and was told delivery would be in a couple weeks. An email received on *** indicated that the delivery in our area would be at ***, *** between 11:45am and 12:15pm. There were 4 cars there waiting. The delivery truck did not show, I was there from 11:30am until 12:45pm. Now my email from yesterday has yet to be answered. Their phone just goes to a busy signal so there does not seem to be a way to even find out if we will ever get what we paid for. I would like a full refund and did request that in my email to them.

I ordered on ***. I then called and cancelled everything except for the vegetable shipment. They said it would show up before ***. I never received it. I also have not received a refund for my original return. I then emailed them in early *** telling them I now want a full refund and have not heard back. you can't get through to their phone number. I have tried calling several times and the phone had a busy signal and them immediately hangs up. I want to get a full refund. My credit card company is making me pay this charge.
