I will be addressing the issues and complications that you encountered with the appropriate departments within our organization. I have worked with our Marketing team to review the brochures that are already in the mail stream in which you have yet to receive; unfortunately we can’t stop these mailings from being sent. According to our records you will be receiving four brochures any day now that were mailed on 02/08/17, there will be three brochures mailed 02/15/17, four brochures mailed 02/22/17, two brochures mailed 03/01/17, two brochures mailed 03/08/17, one brochure mailed 03/15/17, and one brochure mailed 03/22/17. Mr. [redacted] – I can understand your frustration. We are addressing your concerns and are looking into what additional steps could have been taken at the time of your original request. Additionally we are looking for processes to make the handling of these requests more timely for our customers. Due to the nature of our business we pre-print and mail our marketing pieces several weeks in advance to allow ample time for our customers to schedule and coordinate their attendance at our seminars. This is the reason you will see the remaining 17 brochures in your mailbox; we are unable to prevent those from being mailed at this time. I am rejecting this response because: they still have not addressed my initial (and most pressing) complaint. To have a customer service response when I call in to state: paraphrase - "unless we have the specific mailing information and campaign sent to you, I can't find nor take you out of our system." That is a complete fabrication - a BOLD FACED LIE. Fred Pryor Learning has NOT admitted there were steps the customer service rep could have taken to remove me from their system, and they have not addressed how I ended up on all/most/a lot of their campaigns? I never signed up for any mailing list - THEY ELECTED TO PUT ME ON THEM. And, I ended up receiving these mailers almost every day - at least 3/week.They have not addressed their business practices regarding solicitation and the Kansas City Revdex.com should be ashamed that they award an A+ rating. 75% OF THE REVIEWS FOR THEM ARE NEGATIVE; 25% are neutral. ZERO positive reviews yet you give them an "A+" rating. What a joke.Where do I go to give a review Revdex.com chapters?
