We do feel the answer was a positive communication and showed our willingness to work with Mr*** to ensure his email was removed. I do not show he confirmed the email address to where he was receiving emails, so the only email address we can remove is the one he provided in his contact information. It is not in our practice nor do we supply screens shots from our system showing the removal of any of our customers. Our organization is aware of the Canadian Laws regarding electronic correspondence I can only assume that Mr***’s email address has been successfully removed since there hasn’t been any further response. We would appreciate this complaint being closed as resolved, or closed by the Revdex.com from the stand point that our organization did reply and resolve the customers complaint and/or gave a good faith effort.
