Caution** Be Warned -Failure to refund funds for canceled seminar
This company is as bad as it gets. After several calls to get a refund for a candled seminar, then speaking to a supervisor, they agreed to refund my money, but never did. Subsequently I disputed the charge with my credit card company to get the charge removed. They then disputed the refund and tried to get the charge reversed. Deceitful, desperate company that has terrible customer service!
