I already called them and they told me they FOUND the informaiton and charges the same date I called my bank- THE phone number that my bank gave for them was a wrong number , I found their number by googling the company name

I paid more for an upgraded package that included an option for a video which according to their own marketing, "increases your email responses by 35%" compared to listings without videos. I created the video, uploaded to the site, but no one can access it from the listing. I emailed customer service and received no response after one week, so I called customer service. The rep was yawning on the phone, and indicated he would take a message and send it up the chain, but he was just a call center worker and couldn't help me. I then posted a message to their Facebook page and received a call from someone in my market who said they were upgrading their website, and there were just some bugs with the launch. That a new version should be out in a week that would hopefully correct the problem. A week later the problem was not corrected and no call back from my contact, so I called him. He explained they were still having issues and there would be another launch two weeks later that would hopefully fix the problems (there were multiple issues with my listing, the video was just the biggest)! Well, it's two weeks later and no call from the rep and the video problem is still not fixed. I wouldn't recommend this service at all based on the problems with their website, their lack of customer service and the limited traffic I've had to my forsalebyowner.com listing compared to other sites. They have never once offered to refund any of my money even though they are not providing all the services I paid for.

Spoke with customer and explained that we could not offer a full refund per our terms and conditions of service. The customer was listed on Realtor.com as well as our other partner sites.
We are doing our best to get the signs out...
as quickly as possible and I have already requested expedited shipping to this customer through our warehouse manager. I will send a tracking number as soon as we receive that from our vendor.

This response overlooks the obvious. We entered into a legally binding contract that requires both parties to meet their obligations. Clearly, they have not meet ALL of their advertised conditions. The signs have not yet arrived. In fact a new message arrived just yesterday.

Although ForSaleByOwner.com did post my home on the sites indicated, it was essential that I have yard signs within the stated time (5 to 8 days) stated on the website when I signed up for the service. The beginning of July in our small town and surrounding area has a number of house hunters during this peak sales time. We may have missed the best opportunity to find a buyer because of this. Some of the realtors will ask to show a house even though it is not listed in the MLS. We did have a showing solicited by a local realtor (he saw our "homemade" sign) and brought us an offer.
I have since listed with this realtor and withdrawn my listing with ForSaleByOwner, [redacted], and [redacted] The Customer Service representative seems altogether unconcerned that they have failed to meet their end of the contract. Again, I submit that this company has not met their obligation to me, a customer, by failing to insure that the yard signs are shipped and delivered in a timely manner.
I still want my full listing fee, $349, refunded.
My next step will be to file a dispute with Visa.

ForSalebyOwner takes full responsibility for the delay in our yard signs and have taken steps to ensure that the deliveries are going out as soon as possible and that this never happens again. In our terms and conditions, which the customer agreed to upon signing up, it states that "There are no refunds for Yard Signs or other products that are sent in connection with a service plan." Furthermore, this customer's property was advertised on all other partner sites including Realtor.com and because of this, we cannot issue this customer a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:You are a worthless business and I see on this Revdex.com website that you've refunded customers with the same exact complaint so I know you're capable of doing so in my instance as well. So go ahead and refund it since I'll gladly file a claim in small claims court just to make a point that you guys are offering a shody service and have zero respect or care for your customers. This is a battle you're going to lose so I suggest you you back down and submit the refund. If this refund is going to break your bank, then you've got much larger issues within your organization.

I am still requesting a full refund for misrepresentation of their product, unclear verbage on their website, and poor customer service. I have not heard anything from this company after multiple calls and emails until the Revdex.com was involved.

After speaking with this customer, I indicated that the customer never made their account "Active" on our website. Since this was never done, the yard signs and MLS Listing Provider could not be assigned. I informed the customer that ForSalebyOwner would be unable to offer a full refund or any monetary compensation since this purchase was out of the 30 day refund policy. I granted the customer a $100 refund for any inconvenience or confusion thus far and will work with this customer on any future needs.

After speaking with a representative from the company I received my sign the following day. However, I think it is a negative reflection on this company that it took a complaint to the Revdex.com for them to respond/react. I think this speaks to how they conduct business.
Companies should be proactive versus defensive but that's just my opinion.

We appreciate the feedback from the customer regarding their experience. Upon speaking with the customer, a refund was issued, minus a cancellation fee, per our terms and conditions.
My significant other and I had a very positive and a very fruitful experience with
ForSaleByOwner.com. It was easy to use. Simple to set-up. Allowed for unlimited
photos and was a bargain at $99 for as long as necessary and/or until you sell your house. We were very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend it to
future FSBO sellers. Just as we did, you can save yourselves a lot of money. Your own.

We reached out to try and find a resolution but nothing was acceptable to Mr. [redacted]. Our terms and conditions do not allow for refunds or cancellations on a fulfilled listing, however, a quicker timeline should have existed. Therefore, we are issuing a refund of $200 to Mr. [redacted]'s credit card....

The service was well worth checking out and using. I had several inquiries per week. The property sold about six weeks after listing with Forsalebyowner.com
I used their base package at no cost or commission and the property sold quickly.
ForSaleByOwner.com is a very helpful tool for owners to sell (or attempt to sell) their homes without the (inflated) cost of realtors. The website provides information and assistance with various aspects of selling a home by owner as well as different packages. I will probably utilize ForSaleByOwner.com again in the future.
