Hi my name is [redacted], I'm requesting to have a Second Review or an Appeal to The Fraud Service Department to restore the fraudulently withdrawn funds to my account. I have many written detailed letters of fraudulent transactions, and suspect the Arab Owner of the store of fraud in May and in June. The Arab Owner unauthorized purchases and withdrawal in the amount $813.90 form my account. Fraudulently money is missing from my account instantly in May and June. Store [redacted] Fl [redacted] & Store [redacted] is the same store, claiming to have 2 ATM Machines, with 2 differant ATM Fees, Store 1000 ATM FEE IS $2.95 AND STORE [redacted] Daytona Beach Fl [redacted] ATM FEE IS $4.00..I also Sent in 3 Police Report that says its only One ATM MACHINE IN THE STORE ..NOT 2 ATM MACHINES!!  I Also sent in 5 Discrimination Appeals Letters 3 weeks ago..& The Fraud Service Department Claim that they did not get my Appeals letters and my claim is still closed. I want to be made whole by being credit 813.90 to my account A.S.A.P!..Please Please Help!!!!
