Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The money was refunded the same day that the business response was received I do not agree that the business tried contacting me on numerous occasions as I had not received a phone call until the day of the business responsePlease have them provide a phone log that indicates that on numerous occasions I could not be reachedThis is unacceptable that the business did not respond until after the complaint was received by them How do we ensure that this type of issue does not happen again for other consumers and how are the gaps going to be addressed as they do not have an escalation process in place Regards, Celeste [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:They already have the original documents I sent themIt is impossible for me to send them a copy of something they are in possession ofI mailed it certified mail so I have proof that they received itThe burden should be on them to provide the documents I sent themI can ask Navy Army Community Credit Union(NACCU) to make a new affidavit and I can send it certified mail again and Eppicard can deny receiving it againAs I stated in my initial complaint NACCU has already credited the money back to my cardAccording to NACCU records Eppicard has already debited the money from NACCU but Eppicard tells me they have no record of itNACCU provided me with an affidavit with record of the transactionI sent the affidavit to Eppicard certified mail and they deny receiving that as wellIf another affidavit is needed im sure I can get one but I do not have a copy of the one I already sent

First of all I have been fighting this claim since last year and you mean to tell me that your company will not give me my money backthis is some BS and its my moneyI still use the card due to my child support still goes on this cardi will sure fights this this rude and ridiculous and this women has been waiting onyour company just to send something so I to give me my money and all I have gotten is rudeness from this company since last yearNo one wanted to talk to me about my claim

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***Although the response from Eppicard on 11/11/was irrelevant to the situation, on 11/14/I received a call from a different woman in the fraud department asking questions of the situation, the same questions that the fraud investigation form askedShe said that I would receive a letter in the mail of the decision in a few days but I asked her will she give me a call once a decision has been made and she agreedAbout minutes later she called back to let me know that she credited the funds back to my account; this resolution is satisfactory to meThank you Revdex.com!

spoken to *** today and she gave me a fax number to fax to her my documents of what Mrs*** *** said about the dispute but every time I tried to fax the information I got a busy answer so im sending the documents in this attached file so you guys can give them this information since there fax number was incorrectI was satisfied the fact that she called regarding my dispute but will be satisfied when they handle the dispute
