face="Calibri">A new 15 foot piece of carpet was ordered for the bedroom in question, and replacement scheduled for July 23rd. The installers arrived as scheduled, however the customer was not at home. After leaving several telephone messages and waiting an hour at the home, the installers left the job site.
 
We would be happy to reschedule the replacement at the customer’s earliest convenience.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have responded and have sent numerous pictures, we want the kitchen floor replaced, the trim and wall fixed to its original state and the entry way area fixed.  The ten boxes proposed will not cover the kitchen which now has another area that is bubbling, just do the right thing and replace the flooring.  They said that they had spoke to my husband who had agreed to the ten boxes, this is not acceptable to me, I have asked numerous times for the company to contact me and not my husband since he is very hard of hearing and almost deaf in one ear but they continue to call him.  All I want is the floor replaced and the rest of the issues resolved.

The customer’s carpet order was found to have a manufacturing defect in the material. As such, we have offered full replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty.
 
The customer has requested a refund, rather than replacement. While the manufacturer does not provide such an option in their warranty, for customer satisfaction and goodwill, we have offered a partial refund and allowing the customer to keep the installed carpet “as is”. We are aware of no defects with the laminate flooring, and the laminate is not involved with the warranty claim.
