I purchased 2 Longhorn's gift cards at EJ Gift Cards. One was delivered with $0 balance and the other, delivered with full balance, but went to $0 balance before I had a chance to use it (about a week after purchase).
I put in a claim for both cards (separately). The first claim took about 4 weeks to get a reply ... they promised a refund 4 months after purchase (which is beyond their 100 day guarantee!). I still have no response on the claim for the 2nd card ... and no refund as of yet on either.
I have purchased several other cards from EJ Gift Cards and used them with no problems. The issue with this company is their refund time frame can be > 4 months, which is greater than their guarantee period (and my credit card's dispute period) ... and that's assuming I do eventually get my refund before they go out of business!

I purchased two gift cards from this company and both were fraudulent with a zero balance. I have yet to receive a refund they are giving me the run around. I have never experienced this before and I find them to be very unprofessional or fraudulent. I will continue to fight for a refund from this company. They should not be able to operate this business. I’m sure there is more than one bad review for this company.

On May *** 2018 at 2:23 pm, I contacted this business to exchange an eStore Credit for $297.50 from Home Depot for $187.43. I received an email on May , 2018 at 2:36 pm stating the payment had been initiated. I have never received this money. I have contacted them twice by email and once by phone and have not yet received a response.

On May *** I purchased a $100 gift card to Starbucks for $80. The gift card was to arrive via emai. On May , I decided to call the phone number attached to the transaction in my bank account as the purchase had cleared, I had received a confirmation email from EJ Gift Cards, but never received the email with the gift card. I spoke with Andrea Q who confirmed that they received payment but they had no such gift card. Andrea informed me that I would need to complete a manual claim form that she would email me. I received the email and immediately replied with the requested information on May ***. I received no confirmation or further communication. I sent a follow up email on June *** and again received no response and no refund.

I purchased a $200 face value gift card to Christopher & Banks from EJ Gift Cards on May , 2018. They advertise that they guarantee their cards good for 100 days. I tried to use my card one week after purchase and it had zero balance. I filed a claim with EJ Gift Cards on May *** and have not received a response from them.

This Order was made due to the false representation and advertisement of the EJGiftcard. This card was advertised as an "Egift Card" and was invalid when attempted online. The merchant would not accept the card. I have been waiting for a week and after several contacts/messages, including a claim filed on May , 2018, there has been no response regarding my refund! This is clearly poor business practices and I regret trusting the unproven integrity of "EJ Giftcards" I am attaching a copy of the order confirmation showing the card advertised as an "Egift Card." I lost my Order and the Sale Discount for the attempted purchase with Ashley Stewart. The merchandise I wanted is also "sold out." This has been a nightmare and I hope that there is not a group of other unsuspecting victims. Fortunately for me due to 41 years in Law Enforcement, I know my rights. You cannot commit FRAUD and expect not to be held accountable. REFUND MY $50.00.

It has been 6 weeks since I purchased a gift card from the business and have not received the gift card information, while the amount of money that was paid for the card has been taken out from my bank account. I have contacted the business serval times through phone calls and emails, but I have never heard back from them regarding the issue.

My very first transaction with this company and they ripped me off. I bought an e-gift card and it was immediately determined to have no funds. I report this back in less than 5 minutes. Now who has to jump through hoops and fill out a claims form and let them determine if I am worthy of a refund while they have my money? That's right. THESE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. PLEASE WARN OTHERS!

Don't EVER use this site! They stole a $50 iTunes gift card from me after having the most lengthy, ridiculous email conversation. Every time "Andrea Quiles" got the info from me that she that she requested, she'd tell me I'd be getting the money for my gift card sent to my PayPal account. It never got there. When I sent her the last absurd bit of proof she requested, she just avoided me.

My order number was ***. I have many emails to prove that they said they would not pay me at first, but then the final email says they will. They never did. They promised me $22.50 for the $50 gift card. They ended up just stealing the card.
Purchased gift card from company. Gift card code received was used. Ignored most emails (7-8 total) and only responded once, after that response promising to reimburse, still no response for over a month. Just checked credit card statement. Was also overcharged. Submitted dispute to bank.

Company did not send gift card as promised. Did not have it available. Instead of issuing an immediate refund. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. When contacted today, I was told that they would only refund me via paypal. Which is not the method I used to make my payment. They said that it would be easier for me. Told them I don't have a paypal account and will not be opening one, just to get a refund. They can refund the original payment method. Even if it took 7-10 business days which is what they said would happen. At this point it's been weeks, I could wait another 2. Well they said to just go through my bank and file a complaint that that would be the only way they would be willing to process the refund at this point

5/Found the company on ***..I applied for an account and submitted my gift card information online. 5/No response I was still waiting for some activity. 5/I contacted the company through emails and by phone to cancel my order but she insisted on me to just send the other half of the agreement which was for me to send over the back of the gift card so she can spend up the payment. I asked her how much time I had left to send it and she told me the sooner and my money will be into my account the same/next day. I never sent it over because I was going to wait until the next morning. I checked the gift card before I went to bed and the total was still $82.35. 5/Next morning around 9a.m. I checked the gift card nothing was there $0 balance! I contacted the company by phone and she told me she listed the card and once its on their website it can be purchased. How is this possible if I never send the second half to the agreement. She said she's sorry this happened and she'll call me after she investigates it I told her NO we will resolve it now..she then told me their was a glitch in there computer on 5/she had several stories and none of them made sense! I then just got tired of hearing the lies so I then told her I'm going to send the second half of the agreement which was the back of the card I did that and I emailed her and told her to send the money now she then told me the card was used for $82.35 on */*** which was false because I have screenshots of the balance on */$82.35 and on */*** I did a pickup for a $7 mirror and the gift card initially had $100 and I stole them $82.35 and $53.53 was suppose to be transferred to my account in 72 hours. I then called ***'s gift card to verify the balance and transactions and they told me the card was use online 5/*. With that said, the company had to retrieve the money fro my gift card on 5/late night or 5/early morning. I have called, emailed, did everything and the FRAUD Andrea Q keeps telling me to contact ***'s but they are the problem. They operate under alias Sam S in their emails her real name is Michelle Renae B. They have several reviews saying exactly the same thing that happened to me!

· Seller *** had used the full balance of the gift card that she had tried to sell to EJ Gift Cards. The Seller (***) had used the full balance for a store pick up in her name. The investigation had shown that the gift cards balance was used in her home state. An e-mail was sent to *** in thorough detail with the gift cards transaction history. She was not happy with the results to this investigation as it was not in her favor.

I ordered a gift card to Kohl’s on Thursday 5/from EJ giftcard (order number ***). I paid $11 for a card valued at $13.03. I was given a card and a PIN number, which would not work for Kohl’s. I tried multiple times to enter the giftcard and it would not accept it, and I ended up being locked out of my account. I have emailed the company twice, with no response.

On 11//17 I contacted the website because I wanted to sell a gift card that my father gave me as a present, the ej giftcard offer me a $10.00 dollar payment for my $25.00 dollar gift card and I accepted the offer, it is been almost a month since we make the deal with this business and there is no payment received, I been traying to teach them by phone, email and messages thru the website and having no anwswer
