THEY ARE FRAUDS! I have not received any payment and it has been over 2 months! They never answer the phone I am regularly waiting for someone to pick up for over 45mins! They are the absolute worst company. DO NOT USE THEM.

They supposedly have a 100 day guarantee, but that is a JOKE, I have inquired no less than 10 times via email and they either don't respond to give me the total run around. THis has been going on for 5 months, since I purchased the GC in May and filed my claim in June. This company is a total JOKE!!

Still getting the run around. They advised last month (November) that I would have a resolution to my claim "within this month". That was in early November and it is now December and guess what...there is still no resolution to my 6 month long problem.

I bought a $100 gift card and went to use it within the next 30 days and it had a $0 balance on it. My experience with ejgiftcards is as a seller. Initial communication was acceptable. However, at some point during the processing window they conveniently changed their policy in regard to their payout method. This prompted me to check the gift card balance, which sure enough had been used. They stopped replying to my e-mails at that point. Long story short, the site is a scam.

So now I'll just have my credit card company deal with them and spend the time they've wasted of mine, letting others know that this "company" is a complete scam. I'm certain all of their "5-star reviews" are created fraudulently.

That sounds wonderful in theory but is far from the case. I tried calling to no avail. Was kept on hold with a recording saying "your call will be answered in 7-10 minutes due to high call volume" I got that same "7-10 minute" message initial message all the way to the 45-minute mark when I finally hung up. I also emailed "Sam S" whose email account delivered my egift card, again, no response. So while your response sounds proactive and legit, it's far from the truth.

I purchased a Potbelly gift card valued at $30.92 from EJ Gift Cards. The card was delivered promptly via email but without a PIN, only a card number, making it absolutely useless at Potbelly. I reported the issue to the merchant several times, but even after three months they never provided a PIN or refunded the order. This left me no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card, which I hate to have to do. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond, but based on the lack of response to my previous mails to that address and the consistent negative experiences across other reviewers that no action will be taken to make this right. Please prove me wrong. Order #

I purchased a discounted *** e-gift card from EJ Gift Cards for $1,800. I recieved the gift card and attempted to use it in store, which is where I found out the e-gift card had $7.67 on it. I have contacted EJ Gift Cards multiple times, having been on hold for hours at a time, and rarely being able to speak to someone. The few instances I have been able to speak to someone, I have been given the run around on when I would receive my refund. I was finally told that a claim was filed, and that I would receive my refund on October 5th, 2018. The day comes, and I have NOT recieved my refund. I attempted to contact the company again, and was on hold multiple times, one call even being placed on hold for over 2 hours. It was after the fact that I decided to read reviews on the company, and they have apparently done this to other people as well. My case is the only one I have seen where it has been such a large amount. They are a scam, and are running around doing this to people freely.

I have read multiple complaints online stating that EJ Gift Card gets to the “refund” process, but finds an excuse at the end of the refund period to delay the refund further/never give the refund at all. I do NOT trust the last conversation I had with the representative at EJ Gift Cards (which took multiple calls AND multiple hours of my time to have in the first place). I have recorded video of the conversation and the emails on standby if I have to take this matter further if my refund is not released when promised. I should’ve looked up EJ Gift Cards before ever doing business with them, I would’ve avoided them like a sickness. Again, I DO NOT TRUST what I have been told until I receive my refund. It’s almost $2,000 of money that is needed at this moment, and they are known for toying with people for much less. I want my refund ASAP.

If I could give this company a -100 stars I would. EJ GIFTCARDS IS A SCAM! I repeat it is a SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They scammed over $1000 dollars. After selling a gift card that was over $1000 and it only had $7 on it. Why don’t they check their giftcards before selling giftcards? Worst thing about it is they took the money for the gift card but DID NOT give a refund for the gift card.

Terrible SCAM company. They give you non-functioning gift cards, and then delay you for months in getting a resolution with excuses and "investigations". As if that has anything to do with their legal obligation to provide what was paid for. Either they never give you a refund, or their business model must involve making interest off your money that's being held hostage.

Considering my last few emails have been responded to with the same form email about your investigation, and my most recent email was ignored completely, I doubt any help is on the way.

I bought a giftcard through them for Steiner Sports on 9/*/18 for 38.50$. I immediately went to use the giftcard and it said gift card has no funds. So I contacted them MULTIPLE times and got the same response. Contact us next Tuesday to resolve the issue. So I did that 2 Tuesday's in a row after being patient and then today I got the same response. They are scamming multiple people.

I submitted a card to this website on August *** and was told I would be paid in 1-3 business days. It is now September *** and they constantly keep coming up with new excuses as to why they can't pay me. Looking at reviews for this place, this is common practice for them and something needs to be done about it.

I purchased a $20 Outback gift card from them back in June. There was no balance when I went to use it on vacation. I called them and put in a claim. They responded on July 12th stating I would receive a credit on my credit card within a few days. No credit. So I called back and I was told that Outback needed until Sept. 1st to investigate the claim. It is Aug. 30th. Still nothing. I am on the phone now for over an hour. No one answers. This company should be under criminal investigation. I wish I had filed a dispute with my credit card company back in July. At least it was only a $20 card. Never again!

I KNOW ACCIDENTS HAPPEN, BUT HOW CAN THEY BE SELLING A GIFT CARD WITH A $0 BALANCE?? DON'T THEY CHECK BEFORE THEY PUT IT ON THEIR SITE TO BUY? NOT ONLY THAT, I GOT CHARGED FOR 2 CARDS AT $202.50, BUT THEY DID CREDIT THE ONE. I AM VERY UPSET RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY MY CREDIT CARD AND GOD KNOWS HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT. Revdex.com:This is in reference to complaint ID. The business did not contact me but I have received a refund of $202.50 on my credit card. It just said Adjustment/purchases and it was for the full amount. It doesn't look to me like it was actually from the business because it didn't say EJ GIFT CARDS anywhere. I am satisfied and I thank you for your help in this matter.
