I purchased on-line gift card, but they send me a link, you can't access into, I request refund immediately, they acclaim need 14 to 21 business days to process, it's all LIE. they don't have phone call, ONLY Email to contact them. NOBODY respond.

IT'S a FRAUD website.

I sold 3 gift cards to e and j gift cards on june *** 2019 totaling 70 dollars I was told i'd be paid via paypal 32.25 it is now july *** and I have yet to receive any form of payment i've called endless of times with no answer i've emailed numerous amounts of time with no response and my 3 gift cards now have a balance of zero as this company used my gift cards but didn't pay me what they said they'd give me this site is obviously a scam and I would like a refund in full of 70 dollars sent to my paypal at *** as i'm sure I won't be able to receive the gift cards back

This business is great at committing legal FRAUD. They are great when everything goes perfect. But when you have an issue don't expect them to answer their phone or respond to email. I purchased a $565 gift card only to find that its value was actually $0. My only recourse is with my credit card company.

Since it was my first time they had to make sure it was legit and once they did I received my money. I used it once more after and got my money within the 1-2 days, definitely a fan of this site now.

Ej GiftCards is still great after over 2 years using their services. I have never had any issues with a gift card purchase. I will continue to use them for future purchases. Awesome discounts!

Bought a Victoria Secret card with face value $229.01 at $183.21. sounds like a good deal. But when I tried to use it, it has ZERO balance! So I spent $183 and got ZERO back. Lost complete $183.21 I wrote an email to the support team many times but haven't got any responses yet. Called company directly at left many messages, never called me back...

This place should get 0 stars. They refuse to respond to my many correspondences. I was ripped off for $100 and they do nothing to make it right. They won't even acknolodge my problem. Never use these scammers!

I was a buyer of the discounted gift cards. At the beginning, everything worked fine, but maybe just because the balances from cards I bought were immediately moved to my existing card.
And then - small cards started coming with zero balances. ***, *** - al came "zeroed" right after the process of digitizing. cards from *** and *** came with much smaller balances than advertised.
I filed the claim forms and received an email with promises to investigate. And nothing happened. I tried to leave voice mail message - nobody replied.
I tried to submit another claim - this time it was an immediate reply with REVIEW COMPLETED status - and I was promised a full refund from someone posting under Sam S name. Nothing happened again, for about two months.
I sent another email through their website - no replies. It looks like the only way to deal with them is to contact the credit card company and claim to be a victim of fraud. AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
