The Branch Manager of this location has spoken to this renter and resolved this complaint.  Customer is satisfied with the outcome.

I am rejecting this response because:I clearly stated in my complaint that Alamo Car Rental is pursuing a debt that is over 10 years old and I know nothing about, which is beyond the Federal Credit laws debt collection limitations. Therefore, I am not liable for any debt(s) that Alamo Car Rentals is accusing me of owing. They have not provided me any legal bills that proves that I owe that debt they are accusing me of owing them. It does not matter if they do not honor any car rental agreements with me, as I refuse to do any further business with Alamo Car Rentals from here forward!Further more, they stated they would immediately refund the $10 they "jipped me" from the actual car rental refund they promised me, to date, I have not received the $10 refund as stated! I want my $10 refunded back my credit card account immediately within the next 3 days!The management for this company appears to lack knowledge in their debt collections and does not abide their business according to our Federal Credit laws. Therefore, I will also file another complaint with the Federal Trade Commission regarding their poor debt collection practices!

Revdex.com please assist, and take note that in each communication there is no specific details provided, thus I am unable to look into this situation without specific information that can directly link me to an incident that can be researched.   This complaint provides no information about our Renting customer's Name, the License Plate of our vehicle or theirs to even try to cross reference, there's no Date of Loss, Police Report #, or even a claim #.     In my previous communication, I reques[redacted] that information to assist, and that request was rejected.   I'm not sure how I can help from here with no specifics.   Please get back to me with some details to allow me to try to help.

We are currently looking into this and will follow up as soon as we get the original signed copy of the rental agreement from our records.

Alamo is not a debt
collection agency and is not pursuing her for the debt.  We are choosing
not to rent to Ms. S[redacted] because of the outstanding balance.  This will
not affect her credit and we have no intentions of pursuing her legally. 
She has indicated that she refuses to do business with us moving forward, so
there should not be any additional issues.  In addition, the $10 refund
has been credited back to her credit card.
