I attempted to contact Mr*** but the number (***) is coming up as “no longer in service”

We have attempted to contact this customer on a few occasions to verify the order and have left multiple vm's which seems to be on a Google Voice Account. Once we are able to receive a verbal verification from this customer we will be more than happy to assist with the customers desired

I am rejecting this response because: The Leader of the store took way too long to respond with an applicable resolution. I cannot reach anybody at their corporate office, who is willing to give a real name and contact info. The letter that was issued was not an apology letter and a refund was still not issued

I've made attempts to contact [redacted].  However, when I do call the number provided I receive a vm which does not allow me to leave a message.  I would like to speak to the customer and invite them to call me at their convenience at 1.800.432.3113. My name is Kim Rodriguez and hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We’ve attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] but had to leave vm.  It seems there has been a misunderstanding. Our digital coupon program is only available to use in stores not with online purchases.We have asked Mr. [redacted] to contact us at his convenience at which time we will educate him on the program and see what else we might be able to do for him at this time.

Called Mr. [redacted] at the telephone number and a message was left for him to return our call at his convenience.  An update will be provided once we resolve this matter with Mr. [redacted].

I received a status from our Quality Assurance Department.  They have contacted the Customer and are in communications, working on a settlement.  The Customer was advised that if they do hire an attorney however, our Quality Assurance Specialist would only be able to speak with the attorney.

I am rejecting this because I don't agree. An object was thrown at me and all they can do is smile and make excuses. I want the money I paid for the groceries, which was close to $100 back.  I can accept a gift card of $50, but with a written apology.  This is unacceptable. That was assault so if I was mean, I could have called the cops. Thanks.

I called customer and number provided and left a vm asking customer to call me back at her convenience, Thank you

So sorry for the delay in responding Rachel, looks like we logged a case for this customer on 9/15 when he called our call center.  He also send an email to us on 9/22, which on 9/27 we show the store responded on how they had resolved.A Netflix card was sent to him via Certified Mail on...

9/27/17 along with a letter from the Leader at that store.Please let me know if we can further assist with this case.Thank you,[redacted]

I contacted [redacted] to gather additional information in regards to location and time of day of this occurrence as well as desired resolution.

Attempted to contact customer at 2pm 6/8/16 and left a vm to return my call at her convenience.  Will update once I'm able to gather additional information.
