this is *** auto concerning a complaint from *** concerning the transaction between her and lnl auto.we where more then far with that customer concerning the purchase of a *** as is where is sale no
warrenty and the car gave some trouble so l took it back and gave her*** as a loner which l didn't have to do at all so l think I was more then far with this customerSo she drove this car for weeks and decided she would take the loner in place of the one she bought as we could not find the trouble with the ***so both of us decided this was a better car for her and more dependableso she had it for months with no complaintsand even then she never asked if we could help herso what you suppose to do***
Working with Risk Solutions group to gather additional details and will be reaching out to Ms*** soon
Spoke to Ms*** and we have agreed on a resolution. She and I will touch base regarding transaction information to complete this process

I contacted Mr*** and provided a few options in hopes of resolving this concern to his satisfaction. Mr*** agreed to one of the options and to my understanding Mr*** is satisfied with our conversation and offer to resolve
Contacted Mr*** at the number provided but had to leave a VM. Will be happy to discuss Mr*** disappointing experience and address his concerns accordingly
