We’ve attempted to contact Mr [redacted] but had to leave vm It seems there has been a misunderstandingOur digital coupon program is only available to use in stores not with online purchases.We have asked Mr [redacted] to contact us at his convenience at which time we will educate him on the program and see what else we might be able to do for him at this time
As you can see, the concerns were shared with our Quality Assurance department for review and follow-up We are awaiting any added notes from that department
I'm currently working with our Risk Solutions Department to gather additional details on this situation and will follow up with customer ASAP
So sorry for the delay in responding Rachel, looks like we logged a case for this customer on 9/when he called our call center He also send an email to us on 9/22, which on 9/we show the store responded on how they had resolved.A Netflix card was sent to him via Certified Mail on 9/27/along with a letter from the Leader at that store.Please let me know if we can further assist with this case.Thank you, [redacted] ***

Atmos Energy's legal department should've contacted customer by now All payments and fees incurred due to this error have been corrected and the customers account credited as it should've originally been
